This is the best one bar build I have ever seen. Incredible ranged, melee, slippery and execute ability all on one bar. I dusted off my night blade to try it.

Note: You can also use the Thief Mundus and Siphoning Spells Red CP slottable for group PVE content for the most DPS and sustain. Likewise, you can use the Lover mundus for solo content if you feel you need it. Also, it looks like a few of the gameplay clips are using Order's Wrath instead of Flame Blossom, one of the other sets I was testing at the time. Blossom is a better set up, the results would have been the same. However, you can also use Order's Wrath as a replacement for Flame Blossom as a back up if you need it.

Yes! I had a Magblade with War Maiden + Nerieneth and Mothers Sorrow that I missed playing, I never thought to use Oaken + Flame Blossom, but this looks really nice. Thank you for the video!

I started like a week ago and was looking for one bar builds just to see what abilities to unlock first. So far im lvl 40 have the exact skills you use, a couple passives, none of that gear yet, and an oakensoul ring that I can’t use till lvl 50 Cp 160. The build is so good that just using your skills and nothing else, I’ve been soloing everything and doing pretty solid in BGs lol. When I get the gear I’m gonna be a PROBLEM out there. Thanks for the guidance Dooma, my night blade wants to be just like you when he grows up :,)

Oof rough, that's among the least ideal races for this build haha. You could still make it work though if you wanted to play it. You don't need to tri enchant your gear and you can use all Max Magicka enchants on your armor. That will help some. You'll also get to dodge roll a bit more defensively which is nice. It's definitely going to be among the least damage options, but it should still be plenty enough to at least play the build if you were interested. I played a Redguard Magcro in PVP for ages because I was too stubborn to race change it. 😂
Hi Tim! It's not Pillar of Nirn but its decent. It shoots a line of fire out on the ground hitting everything it touches and igniting them on fire. So positioning is a bit important. It's more burst damage than sustained like Pillar of Nirn, but it leaves behind the burning status effect on mobs, so that's a nice perk. It works great for dungeons because trash mobs arent prolonged fights typically and you get to frontload all your damage in a proc to drop them fast.

Hi Andrew! It can work in place of Flame Blossom if you just wanted to play it mainly from ranged without the constant stealth>incaps for kills as well. I don't know how well though, I havent personally tried it, but it definitely looks like something to try out. If you do try it out, let me know how it worked for you!

Hi Anjay! It honestly depends from builds to build and from player to player. VERY generally, in pvp, you typically have front bar offense back bar defense/heals/buffs. But its often very fluid. For example, I personally almost always play with my main hot heal front barred, so I dont have to bar swap while having momentum. Regarding this specific build, I honestly would not convert it to 2 bars. This is kind of a fun niche build and having the full kit on one bar is kind of part of the appeal. It would change the vibe quite a bit making this 2 bars and I feel quite a lot of people would have a worse time back bar cycling constantly in stealth to refresh buffs and what not.

Hi Joel! We are using a Lightning staff here due to Destruction Staff passives making it benefit Direct Damage the most. Specifically, the passive Ancient Knowledge: Lightning Staves increases your damage done with direct damage and channeled effects by 12%.

Hi Bees! (That name though 😂) I am glad you are enjoying the build! I am not sure that would be worth it. The stun itself will land you kills and since you are parsing so much just in general with the build, the sustain from Incap is really noticeable over time.

hi, i dont know if you still check these comments: You said that for pve one can go full magicka. but what about the gear traits and enchantments? should i just go divine and bloodthirsty as usual? im pretty sure i dont need cheaper dodge rolls in pve. also i think ill go with flame blossom instead of pillars of nirn, nirn is more dps in general, but im only doing daily dungeon and the rest of the time i spend questing. would that build fit my needs? i was looking sooooo hard for a one bar build that also uses stealth so this would be great. thanks for the help.
Hi Kjhin! You nailed it. Max mag, divines, dps cp, all that typical pve stuff. You can definitely add nirn as well for dungeons, that is exactly what I would recommend. In dungeons you can also drop stealth for barbed trap for bosses or an aoe ability of your choice such as u stable ele wall or shade for passive damage.
What would you use as a progression setup for people like me that are new to the game? Still Magnus and Julianos from your new players guide, or is there an updated version?
Hi Brandon! I would say jump right in. There's no reason why you cant start farming the set up right away once you have a bit of CP and can do CP 300 Dungeons. Flame Blossom comes from Blood Root Forge and War Maiden can be bought from traders with gold or farmed from overland in Vvardenfel. If you can't do Bloodroot yet, you can temporarily replace the set with a crafted set Order's Wrath.
In the video, are those the traits you recommend? Or do you have a optimized choice? Would you you rather go all divine for the ganking, or does your setup help more for survivability without any loss to DPS? Lastly are you running those traits for solo content?
Hi Dan! It's "OR." "When you leave Sneak, invisibility, OR cast Concealed Weapon while under the effects of Major Expedition..." So you can get it from either one. For this build, we get it every time we leave stealth. You can test it in game by putting Shadowy Disguise and Concealed Weapon on your bars, use Shadowy, leave stealth or let Shadowy expire, then look at your buff list. And it refreshes every time after you leave stealth from Shadowy if its already active.

Hey, I'm pretty new and I don't really get what the "Multi-Effect Enhancement" means. I assume it's some type of rune. Is it prismatic regeneration? I couldn't really find anything online and some people are contradicting each other in forums..
Hi Trime and welcome to ESO! I totally agree with you, that needs to be displayed more clear in game. Two of the main jewelry enchants are "Increase Physical Harm" which adds weapon/spell damage + stam recovery and "Increase Magical Harm" which does the same except adds mag recovery. They are both listed as multi effect. For this build, you want magical harm. Its a glyph/enchant. Here is a crafting guide for it for you as well: www.thegameroom.tv/enchanting

@@trime1015 Oh, if you havent leveled that up then just buy them from traders. They should be around 17k each or so, around there. Much faster to get it that way then try to level up crafting just for them. You can work on crafting along the way and eventually get to a point to make whatever you need. And you are very welcome!

Those are called "Prismatic Defense." Its referred to as "tri-enchant" because it provides triple stats of health, magicka, and stamina. Here is an enchanting chart for you: www.thegameroom.tv/enchanting

War Maiden can be bought on traders in off traits for cheap. You'll have to run a few dungeons. Check out this short follow up vid on which proc set to farm: th-cam.com/video/sMaLQ6O2Dzw/w-d-xo.html Whichever you choose, you'll have to farm that dungeon. If you are queueing up alone, it could take a good handful of runs (or more), if you are with a group, you could be done in 1-2 runs potentially. Then you'll need any helm in the game with a line of weapon damage. So 1 quick run there of whatever dungeon you choose (more runs if don't get and want the correct weight). You could be done with that in an hour or two with a good group, or it could take you a few days if you were going at it solo and taking your time with rough rng. Then you will need Oakensoul and that is kind of totally up to RNG. That could take a few hours, or several days. Then the re-traiting of traits, that can come later as you get transmute crystals. So, best case, a good hand full of hours (with very good Oakensoul rng). Worst case, that's kind of hard, I guess maybe a week? Maybe a little more if you had extra terrible rng and were really taking your time.
Hi Trent! Caluurians used to be the "meta" for a set up generally like this before it was nerfed. If I remember correctly, the damage was reduced, but the proc timer was also reduced so it could proc more often. You get get more procs, just less damage. I am fairly sure the day that patch went into place it killed Caluurians on most set ups (there always some people making anything work), especially with how tanky everything has gotten.

Hi Brock! Awesome, what a great comment! I am really glad you are enjoying the build. If you are trying to do the arenas, you'll be fine as is. If you are trying to solo vet dungeons, you are going to need quite a bit of changes to the point it may be best to use a true solo build that is more focused specifically on soloing difficult content.

Could I make this build work? I want that simple all around good enough for everything type build.

I would suggest potentially feeling out what is out there and what you would like to play and then farm/put that together and go from there. It may be quicker for you to get to the end goal. I would NOT want to go back in time 2 years into my bags and try to make sense of all that noise either in a totally new game today with all the changes haha.
How exactly are you able to get your stats that way? I put the points in just like you, and have the sets the same way, but my health and magicka arent the same values that you have.

@@naidr0x You are very welcome! That one is a little tough. For what War Maiden does, it’s one of the best sets in the game. Innate Axiom could work or even something like New Moon. But they are both a bit of a step down. For Flame Blossom that one is even tougher to replace for this build. For how this is set up, you’ll need 1 proc set in order to (consistently) successfully pull off the stealth ganks like the video shows, in order to take down some of the thicc’er players out there. I did use Order’s Wrath as a version of the build before landing on Blossom (there are some clips in the game play section at the end where I am actually using Order’s Wrath.) That can work as a replacement for pvp, but it is also a bit of a step down, and then in pve content a solid step down without changing the bar up. We’re into suggest a set up, it would be to buy war maiden from traders, and then get orders crafted as the second set. For pve replace stealth cloak with something like twisting path.
Hi Rambo, just eyeballing that, you would be pve parsing from ranged much more. Not saying that's a bad thing really. I'm not sure how it would perform either really. May be fantastic, maybe awful. You'd likely want to wat until a target is a bit lower, then stealth incap combo, since you'll be missing the blossom proc to help with ganks on targets with full hp. If you try it, let me know how that works out for you, I am curious myself now haha.
Hi Glide! I plan to mess with that a bit after the Holiday. I played Maiden + Cleaver a few weeks ago and it wasnt too hot, but I didnt try replacing Blossom with Cleaver. If you try it, let me know how it worked for you!

Hi Kng! The "issue" with Red Eagle is that it's 5 set applies specifically to "weapon abilities" which are skills in the weapon skill trees. If you were using a build where the bulk of your damage was weapon skills, MAYBE it would be decent, but there are just so many better options out there now, it would be tough to justify using it outside a niche set up. Great thinking though, I love it!
Hi DL! To play it like this build, I don't think it would be super hot. You definately aren't killing anyone with ~30k hp who is paying attention with a gank and you will need a solid bit of uptime on a target to get them down. It could work, and some people can make anything work, but on paper, this looks like a fairly large step down. When you drop War Maiden, you lose the steroid to all of your abilities, which WM adds a ton. When you drop Blossom, you miss out on a beefy proc to assist in ganks. If you can get WM, I would use WM/Orders. That was the previous version of this build before adding Flame Blossom.
I believe sometime around U35 last year is was nerfed. I think they toned down the damage but also reduced the proc cooldown so it procs more often but for much less damage.

I cannot express how good it feels to have just 1 build to go do my dungeons, my bg, to go farm some tel'vars while waiting for my que for the Archive Run. Everything just works. The game feels whole
It'd be awesome to have a similar build for other classes. I have a somewhat working necro-nuker, but it feels inferior to this one in it's versatility. Huge props to you!

@@corpsepression Khajiit vs. Dark Elf won't change your pen but the armor passives are very significant. That's probably your biggest shortage right there. The Light Armor passive Concentration adds 939 pen per piece of Light Armor. There are 6 light pieces on this set up so that alone is ~5,634 pen for you. If you farm that up you should be much better off in that area for sure.
Hi JT! As far as the hearts, honestly no lol. When I first started this, all I knew is I wanted to be super response on my channel. My mindset was, if someone took the time to watch something I make, then take the time to comment on it, I am going to respond to it, like, and heart it out of appreciation. And so I just liked and hearted EVERY thing. After a while someone told me, hey, dummy, that doesn't do anything for your channel, but at that point I was already set in my ways and just kept it going. Really like this build. Unfortunately, my only NightBlade is a Redguard (created in 2016, when Redguards were still good). :-D
any race can do any build you just need to tweak enchants / stat points to adjust for health and sustain

Hi Joel! We are using a Lightning staff here due to Destruction Staff passives making it benefit Direct Damage the most. Specifically, the passive Ancient Knowledge: Lightning Staves increases your damage done with direct damage and channeled effects by 12%.

Hi Bees! (That name though 😂) I am glad you are enjoying the build! I am not sure that would be worth it. The stun itself will land you kills and since you are parsing so much just in general with the build, the sustain from Incap is really noticeable over time.

hi, i dont know if you still check these comments: You said that for pve one can go full magicka. but what about the gear traits and enchantments? should i just go divine and bloodthirsty as usual? im pretty sure i dont need cheaper dodge rolls in pve. also i think ill go with flame blossom instead of pillars of nirn, nirn is more dps in general, but im only doing daily dungeon and the rest of the time i spend questing. would that build fit my needs? i was looking sooooo hard for a one bar build that also uses stealth so this would be great. thanks for the help.
Hi Kjhin! You nailed it. Max mag, divines, dps cp, all that typical pve stuff. You can definitely add nirn as well for dungeons, that is exactly what I would recommend. In dungeons you can also drop stealth for barbed trap for bosses or an aoe ability of your choice such as u stable ele wall or shade for passive damage.
What would you use as a progression setup for people like me that are new to the game? Still Magnus and Julianos from your new players guide, or is there an updated version?
Hi Brandon! I would say jump right in. There's no reason why you cant start farming the set up right away once you have a bit of CP and can do CP 300 Dungeons. Flame Blossom comes from Blood Root Forge and War Maiden can be bought from traders with gold or farmed from overland in Vvardenfel. If you can't do Bloodroot yet, you can temporarily replace the set with a crafted set Order's Wrath.
In the video, are those the traits you recommend? Or do you have a optimized choice? Would you you rather go all divine for the ganking, or does your setup help more for survivability without any loss to DPS? Lastly are you running those traits for solo content?

Hi Dan! It's "OR." "When you leave Sneak, invisibility, OR cast Concealed Weapon while under the effects of Major Expedition..." So you can get it from either one. For this build, we get it every time we leave stealth. You can test it in game by putting Shadowy Disguise and Concealed Weapon on your bars, use Shadowy, leave stealth or let Shadowy expire, then look at your buff list. And it refreshes every time after you leave stealth from Shadowy if its already active.

Hi Trime and welcome to ESO! I totally agree with you, that needs to be displayed more clear in game. Two of the main jewelry enchants are "Increase Physical Harm" which adds weapon/spell damage + stam recovery and "Increase Magical Harm" which does the same except adds mag recovery. They are both listed as multi effect. For this build, you want magical harm. Its a glyph/enchant. Here is a crafting guide for it for you as well: www.thegameroom.tv/enchanting

@@trime1015 Oh, if you havent leveled that up then just buy them from traders. They should be around 17k each or so, around there. Much faster to get it that way then try to level up crafting just for them. You can work on crafting along the way and eventually get to a point to make whatever you need. And you are very welcome!

How long would it take for a brand new noob like me to put a build like this together?
War Maiden can be bought on traders in off traits for cheap. You'll have to run a few dungeons. Check out this short follow up vid on which proc set to farm: th-cam.com/video/sMaLQ6O2Dzw/w-d-xo.html
Whichever you choose, you'll have to farm that dungeon. If you are queueing up alone, it could take a good handful of runs (or more), if you are with a group, you could be done in 1-2 runs potentially. Then you'll need any helm in the game with a line of weapon damage. So 1 quick run there of whatever dungeon you choose (more runs if don't get and want the correct weight). You could be done with that in an hour or two with a good group, or it could take you a few days if you were going at it solo and taking your time with rough rng. Then you will need Oakensoul and that is kind of totally up to RNG. That could take a few hours, or several days.
Then the re-traiting of traits, that can come later as you get transmute crystals.
So, best case, a good hand full of hours (with very good Oakensoul rng). Worst case, that's kind of hard, I guess maybe a week? Maybe a little more if you had extra terrible rng and were really taking your time.

Hi Trent! Caluurians used to be the "meta" for a set up generally like this before it was nerfed. If I remember correctly, the damage was reduced, but the proc timer was also reduced so it could proc more often. You get get more procs, just less damage. I am fairly sure the day that patch went into place it killed Caluurians on most set ups (there always some people making anything work), especially with how tanky everything has gotten.

Hi Brock! Awesome, what a great comment! I am really glad you are enjoying the build. If you are trying to do the arenas, you'll be fine as is. If you are trying to solo vet dungeons, you are going to need quite a bit of changes to the point it may be best to use a true solo build that is more focused specifically on soloing difficult content.

I would suggest potentially feeling out what is out there and what you would like to play and then farm/put that together and go from there. It may be quicker for you to get to the end goal. I would NOT want to go back in time 2 years into my bags and try to make sense of all that noise either in a totally new game today with all the changes haha.
How exactly are you able to get your stats that way? I put the points in just like you, and have the sets the same way, but my health and magicka arent the same values that you have.

@@naidr0x You are very welcome! That one is a little tough. For what War Maiden does, it’s one of the best sets in the game. Innate Axiom could work or even something like New Moon. But they are both a bit of a step down. For Flame Blossom that one is even tougher to replace for this build. For how this is set up, you’ll need 1 proc set in order to (consistently) successfully pull off the stealth ganks like the video shows, in order to take down some of the thicc’er players out there. I did use Order’s Wrath as a version of the build before landing on Blossom (there are some clips in the game play section at the end where I am actually using Order’s Wrath.) That can work as a replacement for pvp, but it is also a bit of a step down, and then in pve content a solid step down without changing the bar up.
We’re into suggest a set up, it would be to buy war maiden from traders, and then get orders crafted as the second set. For pve replace stealth cloak with something like twisting path.

Hi Rambo, just eyeballing that, you would be pve parsing from ranged much more. Not saying that's a bad thing really. I'm not sure how it would perform either really. May be fantastic, maybe awful. You'd likely want to wat until a target is a bit lower, then stealth incap combo, since you'll be missing the blossom proc to help with ganks on targets with full hp. If you try it, let me know how that works out for you, I am curious myself now haha.

Hi Kng! The "issue" with Red Eagle is that it's 5 set applies specifically to "weapon abilities" which are skills in the weapon skill trees. If you were using a build where the bulk of your damage was weapon skills, MAYBE it would be decent, but there are just so many better options out there now, it would be tough to justify using it outside a niche set up. Great thinking though, I love it!

Hi DL! To play it like this build, I don't think it would be super hot. You definately aren't killing anyone with ~30k hp who is paying attention with a gank and you will need a solid bit of uptime on a target to get them down. It could work, and some people can make anything work, but on paper, this looks like a fairly large step down. When you drop War Maiden, you lose the steroid to all of your abilities, which WM adds a ton. When you drop Blossom, you miss out on a beefy proc to assist in ganks. If you can get WM, I would use WM/Orders. That was the previous version of this build before adding Flame Blossom.
Is caluurions dead?
I believe sometime around U35 last year is was nerfed. I think they toned down the damage but also reduced the proc cooldown so it procs more often but for much less damage.
Can you pleaaaseee do a heavy attack pve version of this?? 😭 I love this build so much, but it’s not optimal for pve, I guess cause of the armor.

@@corpsepression Khajiit vs. Dark Elf won't change your pen but the armor passives are very significant. That's probably your biggest shortage right there. The Light Armor passive Concentration adds 939 pen per piece of Light Armor. There are 6 light pieces on this set up so that alone is ~5,634 pen for you. If you farm that up you should be much better off in that area for sure.
