Oh my, you're killing me with all that good cooking. I like partridge berry jam on my dough boys but a nice drop of goose gravy would do the job. Thanks for sharing.

Where are you from? I can't figure out the accent. In America those are like dumplings but I like yours better! I'm going to make my split pea soup tonight with your dough boys, lol! I saw you soup recipe and would like to try but its hard to find salt beef and whole peas. I make green split peas usually ( I like better than yellow) but I buy smoked slab bacon. I cut it in cubes and render some bacon fat and its tasty. I buy the fattiest bacon I can get (love the taste! BAD FOR ME,LOL!) ICANT WAIT TO TRY THE DOUGHBOYS!!
Normally id be hungry after watching your videos but im still full from a turkey 2 plate dinner haha

We call these dumplings, great cooked in a stew and then eaten separately smothered in molasses of maple syrup.
Sometimes we cook just salt beef, fresh greens & these doughboys/dumplings, one of my favorite meal....

beerboyys are good also .. just add beer instead of water ,,,
Dough Boy=Dumpling
Equal Flour+Equal Mashed Potato's=Potato Dumpling's(My Favorite). Don't add anything to the Mashed Potato's, just mash them, mix with flour and form to desired size. Can freeze them for another day.
Potato dumplings sounds interesting, may have to give them a try some time, thanks...
@@Biglandtrapper They're more of a firmer/hearty dumpling. I like them with Sauerkraut and Pork.
