sir if we connect LEDs in series instead of parallel, to kya circuit design me changes hoga

Series connection is better coz we can connect more leds for more brightness and instead of resistor we can use metal film capacitor of 0.22 (224 K) uF 400 or 630 volts and bridge rectifier after this capacitor along with filter capacitor (electrolytic) of 10 uF 450 volts. Also, a resistor of 220 ohms half watt must be connected in series with the 0.22 uF capacitor to reduce the starting high current for protection of the Leds

I have tried as u have shown here, but fail, lost 10 LED, all burnt off. I also have tried with 100uf 25v, 4.7uf 63v

It depend upon Vf of your leds you can find in datasheet
Yes, forward voltage doesn't matter. It's current controlled device. You can design capacitor value to match 20 mA and can connect any number of LEDs irrespective of their voltage.
