Got it to work finally. Decided to start grabbing the vault before dying and realized the vault let me open it again. And thus my wealth grows. And thanks to my Gtuner and Odyssey's biggest glitch where created missions could give massive exp and money and to restart was to hold Y for a few seconds, I already had an automated system to make ETO for me on Xbox.

You can also do this by just sitting by the safe with any character and just Alt f4 after looting it reload game rinse repeat until it lets you open it like the exploit does. Took 3 tries until it worked.
Exactly. I tried the exploit, thought I got it to work. I looted the chest and found out I hadn't.. So I closed the game (PS4) and reloaded.. Went back, looted the safe, and bam.. infinite money hole.
