    Ok…started with BareBones & love the natural but tidy look it gives.
    As my stach grew longer I needed more hold so of course I moved up to SuddenDeath. Yes!! Exactly what I wanted & love the scent.
    Then the curiosity bug bit me & I jumped on both DeathGrip & BlackMagic. HOLY COW these are incredible! I will say, my first go was not ideal. It takes a little getting used to heating these up & applying properly. But once I figured it out with the help of some videos, I really dig these extra firm hold waxes. Been blacking out “just me bars” lately.
    I’ve actually started to use 2 or 3 of the waxes in one styling session. I use a light coat of SuddenDeath to get my overall style then come in with the blow dryer & DeathGrip to lock her in place. BAM!! PERFECTION!!
    No two staches are the same, that is correct sir, but I will say, Levi, mine is ALMOST your exact shape. Buuut I have to give it to ya…yours takes the cake. Well done!
    Thank you Vintage Grooming for making what I consider THE BEST mustache wax on the market🙏🏼

    Sudden death is my favorite. Strong enough to style your stache well, but not so hard that i have to use a blow dryer and quickly put it on before it dries.

    I have been really enjoying my Sudden Death Wax recently. The hold is flexible but firm enough for my untrained stache. I can also apply it while stuck in traffic which is a huge plus.. Although the death grip I can do that as well, but using the vent heater as my blow dryer.
    Quality products and great customer care. I will definitely continue using you guys' products!

    I've been using death grip for a while, but since my son was born, I find the hairdryer to be a bit loud in the morning. I'll definitely be trying some sudden death now!

    Used Death Grip for the first time ever today. Never used any wax before so I'm making a bit of a sticky mess but I can see potential. Thanks for the video. Nice moustache sir! I'm going more for the Viking look.

      I use the blowdryer to soften the wax first while it is inside the tin, then I scoop onto my mustache, then a blow dry it into the stache. Easy process, no mess!

    I've just started using the Death Grip. Every day, I'm getting more use to the product. Whether I don't heat it up enough or overheat it. I'm just trying to find that perfect heat without my mustache lookin like it has dandruff haha but I'm gettin there!!

    What are some tips so I can grow my handlebar mustache to around the length you have?

    • @DeathGripWax
      @DeathGripWax  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Trevor! Time, patience, and genetics are pretty much what it boils down to. You'll have to grow your mustache out without trimming for at least 6-8 months. While growing get a good wax and comb and start training the whiskers to grow and lay the way you want them to. After 6-8 months you should have some decent length and can start styling in a handlebar. The length and fullness comes down to your genetics so no two mustaches are the same. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

    not a fan of pine tar based products, tried this finding it makes quite a mess for me. Need to work stach with fore finger and thumb of both hands one for each side. end result is tar on brush handle and teeth, hair dryer handle and switches, cleaning solution bottle and cap, as well as wax tin and lid. need to then clean all these surfaces not to mention, any excess that touched nose, both hands and what ever gets on cheek. it works though. just don’t want to spend all that time each morning to groom a stach and then clean up.

    • @DeathGripWax
      @DeathGripWax  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the honest thoughts. I'm guessing you were using the original Death Grip? If you want something easier to work with that still gives a good hold, I'd recommend our Sudden Death wax. Thanks for watching!

    So I ordered a can of Death Grip from amazon, I watched the videos and used a hair dryer to heat it up enough to apply to my stach. It's so sticky that it's hard to apply and 2 -3 hours later it was still sticky! So I spent a bunch of time washing it out and I picked up my combs and they are both still sticky!, even the next day! So it looks like Death Grip just won't work for me. Can you tell me about the 'Bare Bones', I looked up the ingredients and it too has Pine Rosin, and other stuff. Am I going to have the same issue with this stuff being so sticky it's hard to apply and clean up?

      Hi Daniel! Thanks for letting us know. Could you shoot me an email at deathgripwax@vintagegrooming.com so I can assist you there? I have some tips for using Death Grip, how to clean it up, and can also give you a break down of all our waxes. Thanks! - Tim

    • @DeathGripWax
      @DeathGripWax  ปีที่แล้ว

      Death Grip is our tackiest wax. Bare Bones has way less pine rosin and is a medium hold wax. Sudden Death is a strong hold wax that does not require a heat source for applying. Either way, our Night Fury mustache wax remover oil is a necessity for cleaning up your hands, mustache, and combs. Thanks!

    I'm still unsure which wax I should use! Let me think! Tell me, do you happen to have any tips or a video on how I can make such a great mustache? So the best thing I can do is let it grow and trim or shave... Lg

    • @DeathGripWax

      How long have you had the stache? Have you used mustache wax before? If you are a beginner I would go with Bare Bones and Sudden Death. Bare Bones is ideal for learning and Sudden Death is easy to work with while still providing a strong hold. The best you can do it stay patient, let it grow, and make sure you are keeping your skin and mustache clean and hydrated. :) Cheers!

      Are you applying to a clean, dry mustache wax? Do you hit the wax with cool air after applying to help set the wax? How much wax are you applying? These are some of the common mistakes we see. Feel free to email us at deathgripwax@vintagegrooming.com if you have more questions. Thanks for watching!

    How can you heat up other beard wax without hairdryer? My husband is ruining my marble and im losing my mind. He has another tin to use up before switching to this.. I really need advice!!!

    • @DeathGripWax
      @DeathGripWax  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      He can run the whole tin under hot water to warm it up. If you have a coffee maker/coffee pot you could place the tin on top of it to warm it up. Hairdryer is the quickest and most efficient way. Maybe he can use it but not on your marble? Thanks for watching!
