so I think I have an idea who his master is, there is a lego ninjago set where Ras rides a source dragon of motion with a throne on him and the gong of shatering. So he either captured it and forced it to obey him or that's his master

i think the master of lord ras is the source dragon of strength as the most important thing to him is strength so yea

I'd like his Master to be a "Source Oni" kind of an opposite force to the dragons. The overlord is awesome, I love him. But it doesn't make sense. (Ras was in the wyldness when he met the master. (Overlord is not) We know the Oni are gone, and they disappeared in a golden tornado, so maybe the reason they are gone is to build up strength.
