I think, there is a fault in tech details in this report... concrete 3000+ CuM & 4000+ T of steel is not appropriate... either of the 2 quantities is erroneous.. next, the cable angles are technically not sound and uneconomical.

That is not a cable bridge. It is impossible to construct 5.6km cable bridge.
Here cables will hold the bridge without the help of pillars. There pillars will hold the bridge where cables are for just decoration.
