Hiwotiye you nailed it!. Especially what you have mentioned about supporting each other as Ethiopian's in the sector you are working in. I have experienced that when i was also working in one of the neighboring countries. I have seen that the nationals of other countries are supporting each other with no hesitation and with no shame. But for us, Ethiopians, we don't do that and sometimes we even become obstacles. It is unfortunate. By the way, i am one of your strong fans and and follower of your writings on Social Media. I wish i have known and learned some of your philosophies earlier. Thank you for inspiring us
