Thanks for all these moments of greatness, drama, entertainment and excitement! I sure hope someone can step it up to Serenas levels of greatness over the next few seasons, to help fill the large void left after her retirement… otherwise I’m sorry to say, I find it all so dull and lifeless. It’s a shame that we didn’t get ONE last great season from Serena in good health, fitness and form. I will miss u so much
Agree! I noticed 2018-2019 she was spamming winners left and right with easy power. Then came Auckland 2020 and Australian Open 2020 I noticed she had less power to hit through her opponents. Serena beat Qiang Wang easily 2019 US Open overpowering her. Then 2020 Australian Open she could barely hit winners through
it is crazy how a mind change can affect her game. From 2020 her mindset began to move away from tennis and then forward the fire became a candle. I really hoped she had gotten the 24.

I find it quite strange that you chose 2-3 shot rallies for the Kanepi match and totally ignored the long rallies from that match which ended with huge COME ONs by Serena. I mean, most of these are like 2 shot rallies and easy winners. Very bizarre.
