Beautiful park, i just seen other travel blog, they have Christmas and 2025 celebration, looks very attractive place all good foods and venders and shows on going to 2025 celebration. stay safe thank for this video sir.
That luxurious building is empty because it's only meant for ceremonies such as wedding reception, company event etc. It's a place for rent for events, not a residence.
@@WandererBell Peng Huot is one of the most profitable housing businesses, so I think they’ll do well. I’m not sure when you visited, but they usually have evening events, especially now during wedding season. By the way, hosting weddings here is exclusive to the elite.
Just wanted to share some history about the area. This place was a vast lake outlet and they filled it up to build gated communities. We used to come here during weekend getaway with family for fishing and relaxing way back in the 1960s. There are currently 11 gated communities with different styles, sizes, and prices. It can start from over $100,000 to over few million dollars. Each community has its own security guard 24/7 and only people who live there can be allowed unless with owner's permission. I've lived here for over ten years now and it's very safe and quiet. They also have condo and houses for rent with affordable prices. Each community has its own playgrounds and fairness center. This Borey Peng Houth Gated Community is privately built and owned by one person and he's well-known as a Khmer real estate investor billionair. He also owns a few more in different area. There is a sale office by the main front gate for more details about the gated communities. They also gave everything like internal schools, sport clubs, and markets to suit all kind of your desires. Sharing is caring. Peace from a genocide survivor there✌️
Thank you for sharing such detailed history and insight about the area. It really adds depth to the video! It is fascinating to hear how it transformed from a lake outlet to a thriving community and your personal experience makes it even more meaningful. Peace and respect to you. 🙏
Some areas look very modern and luxury. A lot of constructions throughout the city. The UN will officially remove it from the LDC list starting from 2029.
In Denmark we had a prinse, married to the queen. He was born and grew up on Vietnam under French colonial rule. The family went to France when the US took over after France. Later he married our queen. He was called prins Henrik. Danish for Henri
No, there are many cheap and modern apartments and condos in Phnon Penh and just use your passport and then you can rent for 6 months contract and don't need to check anything
Not least. but as a (least developed) in other words, no. It’s not the least developed. In fact it’s developed and advanced so much (currently the fastest developing and advancing nation in ASEAN, and 3rd fastest in all of Asia) that technically it shouldn’t be listed as an ‘LDC’ as it should be graduated. But it gets benifits for staying in that category, so it’ll stay in it until ~ 2027 and become a HIGH income country by 2030.
In other words you’re ‘lying.’ It’s not the least developed. It’s part of the category as *a* least developed, even though technically it shouldn’t be. I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes the next singapore in a few years.

Interesting, thanks
Don’t forget to go to see Kirirom hillside resort you will like it.
It is an area for upper middle class in Phnom Penh. Very beautiful and luxurious neighborhood.
It really is! I was impressed 👍

That’s a huge building. I hope they have enough events to justify the cost of building and maintaining it.

I visited it last Monday on Nov 25th.
@@WandererBell I see. Monday is usually not a wedding day in Cambodia. That's why it looks quiet.
I miss Cambodia so much
Dentist in Cambodia is so good. Cheap price with high quality.😊

I recommend for you to visit Angkor Wat in Siem Reap
I am going there soon.
You can rent that massive building for any event you want (seminar, marriage, etc...)
Are you still in Phnom Penh? Let me give you a closer look at this place and take you for a tour around.
Thank you. I left 2 days ago.
It looks modern

Dentists in Cambodia is cheap and good as most of them were trained in Germany.

Vậy mà cũng gọi là khu du lịch , vắng tanh , không 1 bóng người .
Where you from mister?
How much is ticket
Free.
Wasnt Cambodia a French colony once
I think it was under the French colonial rule for almost 90 years.
Thank to neighboring countries that want war, Cambodia have no choice but to call for help from the French.
France was Cambodia's protectorate, not colonizer.

Do they allow foreigners to buy a house there?

This is only one part of luxury in Pnom penh. The vrest of the country is in poverty I should think.
That’s a lie, Cambodia is still listed as the least developed country in the world fyi.
