I was just watching some old school R33 7 train video's that brought back so many memories. Now watching this one, I can see the difference in the speed of how "fast" this R188 came out of Flushing compared to when the R33's were in service leaving the same station and so on. I compare the R33's to the old school Amtrak trains and the R188's to the ACELA "lol" but awesome video via narration. Also @ 1:18 nice catch of the plane flying out of LaQuardia. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

It Feels Like A Dream Wonderland My Favorite Station Used To Be 103rd Street Corona Plaza I Am A Ex (Past) Fan Of The NYC Subway Until 2020 Now I Am Addicted To Other Things But I Still Like The Purple Circle 7 Train Logo 💜
Ah I remember living in Jackson Heights, near 82nd St-Jackson Hts. Damn I feel old when I think back, whenever I return I always want to go on the 7 or whatever line runs at 74th-Broadway (E and F are my favs)

by the way the (7) is ATO which is automatic train operation, so chances are your train was hauling like that is because it was being automatically driven lol.
We won't see the R62AS back on the Flushing line again. That's the reason why the R62AS is back on the Pelham line. Another thing to when the brand new R262/as comes to replace all the R62AS R62S on the 1 3 6 S lines for CBTCS we won't be seeing the R62AS on the 1 3 6 S lines anymore in passenger service just like the old Redbird s R32s
The good old days were the days when the trains were red and covered in graffiti.... And let's not forget the bumps on the track and how the lights would always turn off lol....

7 Train also used to have a redbirds R33 trains in the 80s and 90s to
