    Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation for Healing Relaxation in Hindi | Amrita Wellness
    In normal life, we make decisions through a state between sleep and wakefulness, which we call the subconscious state. This process happens automatically without conscious command. However, by intentionally directing this state, we can influence the subconscious mind, which in turn affects the physical body, conscious mind, and unconscious state. By positioning ourselves as a witness in this state, we can remove and release unnecessary memories of stress, which often cause various physical, physiological, and psychosomatic diseases. Replacing stress with colorful dreams and ideal scenarios brings feelings of ecstasy and bliss, which positively impact our personality and actions, reflecting in our surroundings.
    This process is known as Pratyahara in Yog Nidra, the fifth stage of the path of Raj Yoga. There are 80 steps in Yog Nidra, of which 20 steps can be practiced generally.
