It's a green/blue tint Graham, I'm just going off the colour that I see. Lol. If that tape has genuine copper in it the resin could be reacting with it just like a copper roof will oxidize and develop a patina over time. That could change as the resin hardens🌻I'm always amazed at Fiona's projects. She's improving your life one DIY project at a time.

Was holding my breath watching you pour that resin … willing it to be enough to cover your table 🫣, thank heavens you had enough to get the job done!👍 You pair have been a real hive of industry these past few weeks, well done!👍👏👏 Glad to see that the forecasted storms appear to have passed you by, at least for the time being!🙏 I also have a couple of visiting blackbirds 🐦⬛🐦⬛ ‘garden vandals’ who spread soil & mess everywhere, have top dressed a number of my pots with gravel & it does deter them, but in the spring when my seedlings & young plants are just starting to take, they get unceremoniously plucked out of their cosy pots & beds, & strewn across the lawn!😱 It’s like a daily battle of wills, but the compromise is that they delight us with there beautiful birdsong - so you’re absolutely correct Graham, life’s not perfect, we just learn to roll with the punches, & take the good with the bad. Fiona showed off your flaxseed plants the other day, they’re looking marvelous! Well done!👍🧑🌾👩🏻🍳 Look forward to seeing your table back in situ on the boat when your resin has dried! Fiona - my dad got into a resin binge - did a beautiful job on a clock / made nice wooden box - set round clock in middle and used a bunch of sea shells he n my mom found placed em all around n put clear resin to hold it all together (was heavy) then they did something to a large out door coffee table ….. few other things too / but very cool things !

Looks great, but please be careful with that stuff. Artists have died from using it. Eva Hesse being one of them. Make sure lots of ventilation. It is a carcinogen.

FYI for next time, have a look for some silicone spatulas etc. they will peel off and it won’t soak up the resin like the paint roller.
