Congratulations on your marriage, May you spend many years in wedded harmony. Have you started to think about colour schemes and style of furniture that you want in your house Ryan?
So you’re being a responsible married man Ryan not spending and Billy is saving his money for renovating.was fun going along with you two. Learned a lot today. lol at Billy and the bed pan / urinalysis.
Ted and Lesa of Chateau Montmagnar are looking for a tall narrow cabinet for their new suite. They’re north of Limoges, so the Frankenstein cabinet you showed might not be worth the drive north for them, but thought I’d ask if you recall what it was priced at?
It’s so nice seeing you again! I really did miss your videos. But of course you are deserving of personal time. So, on another note, it’s great watching you two cruising the antique shops and seeing the beautiful pieces of furniture to be found. What great selections, from so many eras. Thanks for sharing this fun shopping trip!
Ahhh! You and Billy off looking at antiques in Frawnce..Just the thing I needed after watching my American football team play poorly yet again. You are definitely starting to make up for ditching us for so long.
I liked a vase on top of the last writing cabinet the best … dunno 🤷♀️ probably not worth anything 😂 even if it was, I’m still sticking a hole in it and growing something LOL
Love these shopping trips. Billy know so much about all periods of furniture and their construction - valuable person to have with you while shopping! ❤❤❤❤
Ryan,Billy bromance couple. This Brocante has so many beautiful pieces of furniture. I’m in love. Too bad it is so far away from America. I love antique shops. Well my love couple. Until next time. Please, take care and stay safe. Love ya 🍺🍺❤️🇺🇸🌈👍🌞🕊😇🌹🙏
I kept saying to my screen “ oh buy the billiards bench! Buy the billiards bench!!!!!!!” “ pleeeeease” 😂 so loved that. Billy beautiful in the convention or your mansion!”
Great to see you back, Ryan! Love to go antique browsing with you and Billy! The chair with the cane seat was beautiful! I have never seen or heard of the sleeping quarters before! The children’s shooting game was clever! Amazing it was still intact! Not spending is fun, too!! Love from Pennsylvania , USA 💕🌷🐻
Thank you so much for the tour of the antique shop. I live in America and we never see sleeping cabinets or anything more than 150 years old.... That was really interesting and fun. Congratulations to you Ryan and your new wife I wish you all the best.
Great to see you back Ryan you have been so missed 😢 congratulations on your marriage to your lovely lady from Thailand? Hope this is correct. Cheers 😉❤️💐
Ryan, congratulations on your wedded bliss!❤ I would have loved to see Billy smoke that "pipe"!! 😂 I bet the flavor would be..... different, pungent, and similar to your new chair 😂😂😂
Please make weekend antique shopping a regular thing! It’s genuinely such a joy to watch the two of you talk about the history of the things you find 😊
When I worked a a plantation house, giving tours, we had furniture that was made in the local town or nearby, but sometimes it was imported from Europe too. The salesman would build a small version of the piece and drive around and show these piece to the local residence and then make regular size ones if they sold one. I was wondering if you know about how some furniture was purchased living in some of the manors or Chateaus? Was it commission only or did a salesman show the pieces? or maybe a shop might have already make items for sale. There are so many different types of furniture in Europe while in the states there were manly two or three. Hepplewhite being one.
I love to window shop! Just to really see what is out there for sure. This was a grand excursion, you need to see it to believe it. lol Have a wonderful day
Ryan, designer here.... start with the rugs. Always start the decor with the floor. Look at that Persian rug under the tire. Classic and beautiful. Wool. The rug by that duck game is a beauty too. That's what you want. They're plentiful, and they all go together and will last forever, never going out of style. And if you go with mostly red, stay with red. Some of them go pink or orange and won't work together. But. Before I bought anything for your house in rural France I'd get a lot closer to finishing it. And in your small house, don't go for one of those "fancy sofas". You need something functional and comfortable, and still it can't be very large for your tall frame. The green leather chair is perfect for you. Remember that Billy has a massive amount of square meters to fill. Decorate with the small stuff later. And where is your wife? Did you bring her back with you? Spill it.
I want to go shopping with Ryan and Billy 😅
Me too,

That helmet reminds me of Monty Pythons Holy Grail, lol. Or is it just me?
You always have a lot of fun when you both go antique shopping. Both very knowledgeable too.
Spot on filming in the antique store. Love having you back!
Thank you both for taking us Shopping. God bless
No shame.
I wouldn’t be able to stay away from that place just because it has many varieties of items that change.
Ryan. What was the name of the broconte and city that you’ll got the crystals last week?
I love to window shop! Just to really see what is out there for sure. This was a grand excursion, you need to see it to believe it. lol Have a wonderful day
What a great place I could have spent loads particularly the wedding photo over the bench, that was lovely
Never buy old portraits as they hold they energy of the person in the portraits and if they were a bad person it will come into your home.
Do you carry a magnet around to see if metal really is bronze. I want to know about that ap. for what you want to identify.
I wonder if the closet bed is where the idea of vampires sleeping in coffins came from.
I liked the antique store yesterday you went to pick up the parts for chandelier. I tried to find this place on line and no success 😢
Ryan, learn to look at the joints in drawers and where legs come into chair seats. Look to see if there are screws or pegs, dove tails, etc.
Ryan and Billy a match made in heaven🌷 what a great friendship🌼🇦🇺
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💙💙
Love the antique shopping. I wonder though what new things in the stores that France has to offers too.
Who massaged your legs during the wedding ceremony?
The antiquing in your area is absolutely amazing to me.
I can’t believe how inexpensive antiques are in France.
That bench would look awesome in the bar Billy
Game over. This is the last time I’ll be out. Hilarious 😂
Think Billy is addicted to wonderful oak
