- 99 GMC Yukon SLT SUV 4x4 Tahoe 350 V8 Full Walkaround Review Video www.1OwnerCarGuy.com Here is a very nice 99 Yukon Denali. It has the 5.7L 350 engine and automatic transmission. Inside and out is very clean as has been taken care of over the years. The paint has a nice shine to it. It fires right up and runs and drives great. It just cruises down the road. The interior is very nice and loaded. It has leather and all the power options you could want. We had a Yukon for many years. We bought it to replace our '88 Safari for something more powerful since we have a large travel trailer. Very comfortable and reliable. Custom grille that the previous owner had applied (not much, more of a debadging). I really miss it. We sold it for a new Sierra.

Another long lasting GM paint job. On par with Honda. BTW, that sound is a bad lifter. Classic pushrod engine problem.

Those door handles are a common problem, And my dads truck does the same thing with the gas gauge its hilarious lol. His has 220k all original miles. 98 chevy Cheyenne. ( silverado )
Very nice, these were very solid trucks. What's the difference between the Yukon, Tahoe and Escalade from 1999-2000?
Vicarious Mind well, the Tahoe and Yukon are pretty much the same, with some exterior styling differences. In example the GMC has a different grill, and obviously the logos lol. Interior wise? I’m not 100% sure. I always heard people say back in the day that the Yukon is a little more luxurious than the Tahoe. Also that they ride smoother. But like I said that’s just what people whom have owned these trucks have said. Now when it comes to the Escalade and Yukon Denali of this year model, which are pretty much identical to each other except for a couple differences and branding they have a completely different front fascia from the Tahoe and Regular Yukon. Like different front headlights, different grills etc. the rear exterior is almost the same. Also the Escalade and Denali have extra moldings on the sides/doors/panels and stuff. The interiors of the Denali and Escalade are pretty similar to the Tahoe and regular Yukon, except that the Escalade and Denali are a bit more luxurious. Like they have wood grain and ext. they also ride a lot smoother than the Tahoe and regular Yukon. I think when it comes to these year models those are most of the differences when it comes to looks, mechanically I’m not too sure about.

My 1999 looks new and has nothing done to it. Been completely remade and looks like it did back in 1999.

Ya and the transmission had stop slip in it typical for someone trying to dump a truck like that transmission going out and not trying to spend the money on a new transmission weasel move on your part man
