Homemade cheap power wheelbarrow (dumper from the dumpster)

Today we start on a new project, "the dumper from the dumpster". My wife wants a new wheelbarrow and pushing a load of poop up hill sucks so I'm trying to come up with a self propelled one out of ground obtainium. lets see how this one goes
