Hi. I am overweight as well. But I know my limits. I just ride below my threshold. This loop is kinda hard. Just do 2 climb.. Bt18 to kongkol and back is good
Bro, i also have the same problem..overweight is nothing when consistent in cycling..try to build some stamina to ensure you can go further in cycling..
