Most transfers in real life would be relatively 2 star guys. Most of them are depth guys and not starters at their old school. The ones that have better dev traits tend to improve and start at their new school. This is realistic and does not need to change. They do need to update the transfers getting better in off season though.

Maybe before the transfer portal but everything is changed now.
Also with the transfers, that’s usually when I try to hit the sway and hope it works early… by year 2 I got 65 hours minimum every position. Sway and friends and family that first week for the transfers I really want. Those proximity to home hard sells hard af to fully unlock.
And shout out for saying LB got a glitch because I could never understand why every time I moves somebody to the outside they end up with points they don’t use and it not showing their stat caps.
Somebody pointed out to me Speed Rusher isn’t an available archetype as an OLB, so you can still change to that as long as he’s still a Run Stopper/Pass Coverage/Power Rusher. It took me an embarrassing amount of time before I realized that lol
Haha! Yup. This is true about the speed rusher glitch for LB. I figured it out the hard way too. You can change them to safeties too if they’re fast.

That part in the middle where you caught the 4 star late is clutch. I’ve seen it a few seasons where I’m in somebody’s top 5 that I either never recruited or fell back from because I was behind and then whoever was ahead ended up pulling the scholarship for whatever reason. Might’ve been playstyle as well low key. I don’t even usually recruit playstyle unless they’re offense because I sim the defense in my dynasty so I can’t control how good they do.
You have done lots great videos on recruiting, have you given much consideration to maximizing player development? I have been curious as to which coaching archetype is best at leveling up players faster, motivator vs. talent developer vs architect. It would be great to see a video about how you would build your ideal coach

Did not know about the OLB glitch. Thats garbage. Alao the coach mode is teash too. How can you have a coach mode wherebthe qb doesnt scramble or throw screens? How are thise not fixed already?
If you're winning games players wont really transfer outside of play time or play style deal breakers
Thanks for sharing. See what I'm saying about the visits. They nuked them. It doesn't matter how good your coach and ratings are. That's why I'm so frustrated. The tiers don't even matter for computer.
