    thx for this helpful vid! I used your code and ended up going with a journal I had my eye on, as well as the white acrylograph .7 mm. I have the white uniball pen as well and the bald spots drive me crazy! So excited for the white acrylograph, I'm hoping that solves my problems :)

    well i saw somewhere, that you have to active them everytime you use them...which I don't know is true or not but maybe that's why they sometimes skip.

    • @JournalAway
      @JournalAway  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It seems like it! They dry up pretty easily if you don't use them for a while. Sometimes just shaking is enough but sometimes the paint dries to the tip and it's better to change it

    When you say it hasn’t been used in a while would that be like over 4 months or something shorter than that?

    • @JournalAway
      @JournalAway  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shorter than that! The pen that had completely dried out hadn't been used in around two months I think, but basically in my experience these pens will skip a little bit almost every time you use them. I've had the same experience with the Uni Posca markers, as well as with any gel pens, so I personally don't mind it, but wanted to still mention it if other people are more bothered. ☺️

      I didn't clock the drying time, but I'd say if you wait for one minute after using these, you're probably good! ☺️ They dry a little bit slower because of the paint like texture, but not to the point that it'd make using them difficult.

    Just one thing... I think the pen is pronounced FudenosUke. At least that is how it is spelled and how someone corrected me to say it. ❤️

    • @JournalAway
      @JournalAway  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I guess it depends on what language you're using. 😄 Since fudenosuke is Japanese and I happen to speak it, I pronounce it like you'd do in Japanese, where very often U after S is silent. But it's not technically wrong to pronounce fudenosUke either, it's just a little bit less natural. ☺️ But if you don't speak Japanese, I personally think you can pronounce this crazy ass word however you please, haha 😂

      @@JournalAway Wow! So someone corrected me wrong! :D I will go back to saying without the U, then! :) Thank you so much for letting me know!
