Monk Synopsis: Adrian Monk (Emmy®-winner Tony Shalhoub) was once a rising star with the San Francisco Police Department, legendary for using unconventional means to solve the department's most baffling cases. But after the tragic and still-unsolved murder of his wife, Trudy, the devastated Monk becomes obsessive-compulsive. His psychological disorder has caused him to develop an abnormal fear of virtually everything: germs, heights, crowds... even milk. Monk's condition costs him his job, but he's back as a police consultant despite the unique challenges he encounters in his everyday life. These challenges lead Monk to hire a personal nurse, Sharona Fleming (Bitty Schram), who is always there to offer her assistance, even with the simplest of tasks (like organizing his sock drawer). Her less-than-subtle prodding keeps the "defective detective" on track in his investigations, as well as in his efforts to convince Captain Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine) to allow him to return to the force.
The Official Channel devoted to the brilliance of DI Adrian Monk; the defective San Franciscan detective, whose OCD is both a blessing and a curse. We'll be posting the very best moments from the show so, like Monk, you'll never miss a beat.

I’ve watched every episode at least 100 times. It’s what I fall asleep to every night.

Every episode had a "son of a b*tch" moment. My kids would cheer when someone (usually Stottlemeyer) would say it.

Poor Natalie being represented by a little troll doll in Marcy’s diorama.😅😂
Natalie saving his life at the hospital was just amazing since she reacted and it all clicked so quickly once she heard him being called “Mr. Butterworth.”😊❤

I really liked the fact that they created a show without making two main characters-a man and a woman a couple. They almost always try to force romance in many shows, no matter the genre. I was always happy it did not happen in Monk and that for Monk there was always only Trudy.

I completely agree!! So much of Monk’s character was how much he loved Trudy, and how he couldn’t move on until he solved her murder. It wouldn’t have been right for him to be with Natalie or Sharona

Best show on earth! 🌎 Especially because I've seen people with OCD. It cracks me up. 😂 But I am very sensitive to those who struggle. It's no joke. I still chuckle to myself. 😅

    • @brunoottina293

It shouldn't be easy to live this way, effrayed by the least bacteria, never shake hand and keep on be stressful all the time.
OCD is a serious matter, 1% of the global population is affected by this sickness.
I'm sensitive about this matter too because it's definitely a mental suffering.

My favorite Natalie moments "Okay you're going to have haul bottom" "Haul bottom?" "Just don't stop for anything" "Natalie" "MY legs, they don't match, told you to forget about that stupid bike" "Monk I'm so sorry, you have all the chips, the whole bank, later at the end of the episode, at least your legs match this time" "Put your hands, any words?" "I do, Happy Birthday Mr Monk"

The best Monk Natalie scenes were in Happy Birthday Mr. Monk. She kissed him, he didn't care then he fed her a piece of his cake and didn't change forks. The writers wrote those things and refused to acknowledge that there was anything there
