I wanted to make this apartment tour video of my Miami apartment so I can look back at this and remember this significant time in my life, and so you all can see what you can get in Miami for a 760 square foot 1 bedroom + den in Downtown Miami in 2024.
In this video I'll discuss the pricing history of this unit and show the increases since I moved in in July 2021, and the rates I was provided for 2025. You make the decision if you think the price raises are fair for what you get!

I’m a native New Yorker and a reseller I moved to California in April and I miss New York so much the best Salvation Army in NYC is on 46th street between 10th and 11th Ave I believe and the Salvation Army in downtown Brooklyn

I have bought a couple like that in thrift stores. They are too small for me so I gave them to a friend. They were so pretty I could not leave them there!!!
