Listen I've been to the Highline at least three times and I will tell you this, it's a very enjoyable walk ,you don't have native New Yorkers running all over you and pushing you! Its very relaxing and beautiful ,I've never seen it crowded, I'm not saying it doesn't I don't know ,but I'm just telling about the times I've been there and not to mention the fact that it's free, it's a very enjoyable walk. A must-see attraction... the market it's OK...

From 20:56 to 21:28, while you describe the Vessel, there is a building on the far left - that has wheels! You can easily see a pair, and I think there are two more behind. If you look closely, there appears to be a flange on the inboard side of the wheels. A tribute to the trains that once ran there?
I loved this! Love that you geeked out on the history, architecture and beauty of the HIghline. Also learned something new--didn't know Chelsea Market was Nabisco! Or the Manhattan Project was on route and now a museum. So fascinating. Can't wait to watch the rest of your NYC videos.
Locals visit tourist areas especially if they live a few blocks away. When I used to live in Philly I used to always hang out in tourist traps because it was safer and the bars were nicer.
