Great Video. Any info on hardware assembly for the doors. Recently bought full doors that are COMPLETELY unassembled. Looking for instructions on putting them together.
I am not aware of any instructions other than the factory body service manual. Might be able to find one on web for free somewhere. Thanks for the comment
Helpful, but I need to find out what mounts up with rear bottom screw of the window regulator in passenger door of a 95 wrangler yj. The screw was rusted and had to cut off head, can't get regulator out. Any vids on that? Thanks for any help
They are paintable but you need to remove them and scuff them up with 180 grit paper and be sure to degrease them prior to priming with a good primer and then paint. I think the YJ and TJ doors are slightly different
Nice work. Good video. Glad to see a YJ getting the proper attention they need.
Thanks Bull
great job. I still don't know how to install the weather stripping for the windows.
Good job. I wish I had a video showing how to remove and install the exterior weatherstripping. Do you pull it up or unscrew it?
Looks great good job
Nice Video. Wish you took time to show re-assemby and door seals, but still very nice.
Could watch painting while listening to crowing all day.
LOL

Great job, very nice video thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you for your comment !
Thank you. Are the outside door handles paintable? Mine are rusted chrome. Also, is the weatherstripping same as TJ with clips?

The best part is when the rooster was crowing!
Nice video but you should get a better respirator. 2K paint is really bad for your lungs.
Thanks Guy. Will do
Mine cracked right there as well on both sides very common i guess lol
there all like that lol
