All those bogus rules kept our family away from my 90 year old mother who was in assisted living. I wasn't allowed in the building much less able to assess how she was being taken care of! All these rules and we lost so much time with her. I'm still angry and heartsick about it to this day. When is someone going to charge this man? He did an incredible disservice to all of humanity. I guess he will be judged by the Almighty eventually, but we need justice here.

There is no evidence whatsoever Fauci (or Covid research, for that matter) had anything to do with those beagles.
The US (and all civilised countries) has (have) strict rules on animal research, and any research project has to present to -and pass - an Ethics Commission scrutiny.
I had several research projects sunk by an Ethics Commission, that ruled the expected benefits did not warrant the sacrifice of the animals involved. I always accepted their judgement, and cherished it afterwards. One can easily be carried away by a research project. Ethics Commissions are a great help to researchers.
That's what did it....? He was wrong about almost everything to do with covid while it was happening while common sense was telling the rest of us that what he said about masks, social distancing, the vaccine, total cases, lock downs, death numbers, etc was all BS.

Kids deprived of whatever education they got at school, small businesses destroyed, veterinarian offices closed and pets needlessly died. People could not get regular and necessary treatments and screenings because "hospitals were overwhelmed" (but they had plenty of time to choreograph elaborate dance routines for TikTok).
I had to wait months for treatment on a newly diagnosed cancer in 2020. I loathe these monsters.

My son, a 34 year old dedicated police officer was in ICU six times throughout a one year period. Drs. said they had only seen lungs like his riddled with blood clots during an autopsy. He suffered a heart attack and a stroke during this time as well. This was the same year he was to be given a Medal of Valor. He had to resign from law enforcement due to this horrific illness. At the time he was a very fit younger man who also worked on the SWAT team. He had not one medical condition or problem, no comorbidities prior to Covid. It affected the young and younger as well.

As one of those doctors, it would be best for you to realize that 99% of GOOD medicine is us trying to forestall bad things. Medical problems that lack subtlety are typically beyond the point of managing reliably. I kind of wish you had the balls to bitch about preventative cancer screening, after all most colonoscopies screening for colon cancer are negative (as we EXPECT) and repeating this expensive & invasive procedure multiple times for EVERYONE is still cheaper overall than waiting for the waiting for the few people with colon cancer to progress to a stage where symptoms are obvious. But maybe you'd have more appreciation for the moral justification for evidence based medicine...

Admittedly, that's not a standard common among most practicing clinicians, and I lay 100% of the blame for this level of public distrust at their entitled feet. As to vaccines, nurses give them, I just lay out the data justifying what I would do, and even accepting the existence of corrupting shenanigans of the pharmaceutical industry, the epidemiologic-level data (ie. MASSIVE and INDEPENDENTLY SOURCED) is about as tight as the data saying "water is wet."
My hospital was full, overfull, inundated. But then I don't do TicToc. That is not exactly a reliable source of information.
With the vaccinations it became a bit better, but the rise of the more contagious, but incomparably less virulent (partly due to vaccination, which you can grasp if you have basic notions of epidemiology and evolution) omicron variant.

Every government agency needs oversight from outside that organization (and unrelated to it). Ultimately, the Legislative branch passes laws and regulates. They can't wash their hands of this responsibility by delegating a unilateral government agency.
