As a blender user myself, I think blender is A-Tier. For a free software it is already amazing. Maybe even better than C4D. But it is not as good as houdini just yet.
It's getting better and better. But not quite there yet.

Been using Blender for 5 years. Never bought a plugin. Priced plugins are not necessary

For people who want to learn 3D, Blender is the best, especially in its current state because it's free and can do a lot of things.
I haven't touched add-ons for the first years since I started, and I can do things without them, but why make my life complicated when there are many free add-ons to make it easier?

Nice video man! . Im learning Blender, and it`s a really powerfull software, but some tool are really annoyng to use. And the more I learn I`m starting to miss some tools or procedures that other softwares provide

I dunno man, I feel like a program's ranking should be about how good that program is, not how good that program is with a bunch of 3rd party plugins that may or may not work at any given moment, depending on whether the plugin dev still wants to support it with the software's current release.
If a program requires a bunch of 3rd party solutions to problems, it's not a good program.

Completely agree there, I was wondering why s tier but then you said "including plugins". Without them, blender is definitely a tier, but with all to community stuff, it's an easy s tier

3ds max in S-tier? Sorry man, are you crazy? 3ds is insanely outdated, buggy and clunky piece of code. Been using it for almost 20 years and over time it became worse and worse. It's sad that in my industry (Archviz) it's a standard and it's very hard to turn this tide... The only thing that justifies existence of 3ds are plugins like Forespack and Railclone.

@@AbeLeal3DClips Sorry man, but it's not convincing at all. As someone who uses 3ds on a daily basis I can say it's B-tier maximum. The software is a mess.
