@@DeadOriginal hey, I just got back from the show a few hours ago, it was AMAZING! I loved it! It was my first concert I have ever been to. It was a great experience. Thanks! Also thanks for playing Serve the Servants. My mom requested it for me. You did an amazing job! Also, I am going to go check out your dead original album. I really liked it. Thanks for the experience. (Also, I don't know if you noticed me, I didn't really stand out, but I had the straight hair, kurt glasses, a flannel, a nirvana t shirt, and ripped jeans. I was up at the front toward the end of the concert. )

This honestly made me cry a bit. Kurt died before I was born and Nirvana became one of my all time favorite bands who's music has been there for me my entire life. I've always wished I could see a Nirvana show.

Man...I was very lucky to be around when all of this was in bloom...it straight up felt like hell back then.. that's where all the angst and pain came from..but we really didn't have a clue yet... I'm a die hard nirvana fan and have been most of my life.. half of me thinks that kurt would have hated this.. then the other half remembers the smile he had on his face when someone told him that certain nirvana songs got muzak'd...it doesn't matter how you sound.. what you wear.... as long as it has that raw emotion in it just come as you are

i guess if you live long enough, every one will get a tribute band. Kinda strange though as these bands like Nirvana fought hard to be original..and now someone is covering them just as bands like KISS and Journey would get. That being said..cheesy cover bands suck and the Chicago area has a million of them..but if a tribute band (a different beast then a cover band) can do the originals some justice and have fun, then i give them a chance.

Subhadeep Bhattacharjee This is a tribute band. They are paying tribute to a band they respect. They are not trying to copy them. They are just trying to keep the Nirvana Music alive and they giving the people who didn’t see the real Nirvana a chance to see the next best thing to Nirvana.

He will never be kurt. Kurt wasnt a great musician but he had an interesting mind. And he was one of a kind. But I dont think he would like somebody cooying his looks and music
