    I’m in pain and the MRI SHOW NOTHING but I was still and not in motion! Laying down is relieving on my neck and thoracic spine to lay down. When I am sitting for long periods of time 9 hours at work and use the fingers in the mouse that are connected to the C4-C6 that I get extreme pain… lifting heavy objects and anything over head is what causes my pain. Doctors said I’m fine but told me I have herniated C4, degenerative disc, arthritis and stenosis! But he released me from his care😔 don’t know where to go or who to call for follow up treatment.

    Excellent video; thanks for sharing this valuable knowledge. Why is there not enough documented research for insurance companies to rely on to support prolotherapy given that it has been around for over 10 years?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Danger pig, It has been around for decades and has plenty of studies and results. It is a complicated issue with insurance. They don't offer much in the way of chronic pain treatments to begin with. Some medications, cortisone, limited physical therapy or chiro, and some surgeries. Government-based programs are much more limited tho. Each insurance company offers some kind of basic services for chronic pain but there are a lot of treatments that are not covered up front. Many people do not realize that they are only offered a very limited scope when they go through insurance. Luckily, there are companies like Medishare who do cover Prolotherapy treatments up front for good candidates who are approved. Many traditional private plans will reimburse to some degree too which is a benefit for patients. Appreciate your feedback and glad that you were able to gain some insight even if you are locked into insurance plan-only treatments at this time.

    I need to get treated ASAP. Am trying to figure out logistics and cost. Is there any Prolotherapy Treatment going on in the North East? Like Duke University Hospital? In Raleigh/Durham NC area?

    I have Fibromyalgia pain which is around most my joints. Do you think it’s really this ligament instability that could be causing pain all over body. Have you treated patients diagnosed/fibromyalgia?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi KBB- Thanks for sharing and sorry to hear about your joint pain. Yes, we wrote a book about Prolotherapy for fibromyalgia many years ago. There are so many reasons why patients get diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Our job is to try and help patients determine if there is a structural component to the pain due to ligament laxity in the person's primary pain areas. Often, we find that the primary culprit that aggravates the symptoms is located in the cervical spine and causing a plethora of symptoms that are confusing to most traditional pain doctors. You may want to check out some of our vagus nerve function and cervical instability webinars to see if that connects with you. We would be happy to take a much deeper look at your case and see if you sound like a good candidate for our center in Fort Myers, if you feel that you would like our help. We wish you all the very best in resolving your chronic joint pain and getting back to living a vibrant, healthy life! Take care.

    Does prolotherapy work with SLE patients w osteoarthritis....SI joint

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Ann Marie, There are times when a patient with a very well-controlled autoimmune condition will also have osteoarthritis and that is treatable with Prolotherapy. We would first need to much more closely review the case to see if the person is a good candidate.

    Looks amazing can I send the new patient application in the mail? Or does it need to be sent through email?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi A V, You can send it either way. Most people prefer email directly on the site: www.caringmedical.com/conditions/prolotherapy-neck-pain-cervical-instability/#get-help-now because they can also upload their MRI or other imaging reports for review.
