Quick note! Pecron responded to a request for the updated battery manual. I had also asked about a firmware update regarding the additional batteries. The responded that you can't use more than 2.
Yea that is what the manual states. However the firmware settings are interesting never the less. It splits the number into two lines so looks like they are thinking about more than 2 batteries.
Those additional battery settings are correct as if a trailing zero were missing; setting 3 shows 1113 which would be 8060 + 3070 = 11,130 and 11130 + 3070 = 14,200 (4 shows 1420). Though they only state 2 battery expansion. May a later version/model or possible future expansion. So those numbers shown make sense.
it sounds like getting the eb3000 to work with the e200lfp is a super big hassle. Is there a way to find out which version of the firmware you have on e200lfp?
Bob uploaded a video on his channel that's just for you. It has to do with the menu on your version of the E2000LFP menu number 1. Here is the link: th-cam.com/video/XFpNGF4Oyu4/w-d-xo.html He asked us to help you get this message because he can't post anywhere yet because his account isn't verified.
How fast can you charge the batteries with the unit? Pecrons website says the batteries can only charge from solar at 400 watts. Is this true? Or can the batteries charge at the same 1200 watts that the e2000 can charge at? This is the deciding factor as to whether or not I buy it.
From what I can tell change the setting first and then connect the battery to ensure the read out is correct. But it won’t damage the hardware if you connect without changing the firmware.
Can you demonstrate how you hook up the Pecron to the transfer switch? Thanks!
Thank you so very much Kilo M you are a lifesaver :) Helped me get through the worries of set up.
No prob!

How do we turn off WIFI to conserve battery usage when "Off Grid"?
I have version 2. Do you connect the battery first and then change the setting, or do you change the setting first and then connect the battery?
