this is just a personal opinion. i think the reason why we are having a hard time trusting people again after being hurt is because we also do not trust ourselves. i think we need to forgive ourselves with our past mistake first. tanggapin natin na it is normal to have wrong decision may it be about certain situation or about choosing people to open our lives to. you need to trust yourself first. kylangan mong mgtiwala ulit sa sarili mo na karapat dapat kang mahalin at you deserve someone who will love you for who you are.

Syempre sobrang sakit nung iniwan nya ako for another girl dba.. then I was single for more or less 6years. Then I met my boyfriend now. Pero d na ako nagalinlangan na tanggapin cya, why? Kasi dun sa 6 years of waiting d talaga ako nag entertain ng manliligaw, dahil takot pa ako, ayoko pa masaktan ulit. So nung nakilala ko yung bf ko ngayon, ready na ako. Kc ready na ulit akong magtiwala at the same time masaktan.

1. Better if mas engaging ka sa guests mo and adding in your own pov pa and experience based on their actions.
2. Dont focus too much on the question but the values and the lessons, dont be afraid to go beyond whats asked
3. Improve editing pa or quality of videos, maybe you can ask them to record na beforehand and tatahiin nlang para walang buffer and all.
