I really like what your brother JC pointed out that the two things we can control are effort and attitude. Sometimes we know these things but very vaguely but then when you hear it directly, it sinks in and that's my takeaway from this video. Thanks Bianca! I love watching your videos.

I’ve learned a lot from this video. Coming from a ‘fresh’ breakup, I can relate to when your brother said you can choose to be a pa-victim, or you can change you attitude and shift your energy and ask, “why is this happening for me?” From there you can strategize on how you can move on and move forward in life. This one is very timely and hits home hard. Life for the past couple of months for me was like a domino effect - parang sunod2x yung negative things, challenges and etc na talagang naubos yung patience ko and almost my faith. Your brother was right - there’s so many things nowadays that are completely out of our control, but we can always choose to focus on the things that we can control i.e. our attitude towards everything that’s happening with our lives. Thank you for this! ✨
