I just can’t believe the fact that he can make deep 3s with this jumpshot. Like I never see him dip the ball from his waist! Most shooters ,like Steph, deeps the ball to shoot from long distance but this man is something else. He’s special!
A shot with no dip is even harder too so technically tyrese is making it tougher on himself to make these crazy deep 3’s and he’s still crazy efficient
@@royernyc4995 even without the injuries i dont think he wouldve been as good. Hes a better defender though and couldve been maybe a 3rd or 4th scoring option and the main playmaker on a contender.
I’m someone who has a bit of a funky jump shot myself. I’ve never been fully comfortable with a “textbook form.” Although, I understand why coaches emphasize it. For me, it really comes down to a matter of understanding the spacing I need to get it off in the right moments. I’m sure it’s the same case for Tyrese. At least he got to the league with his and is showing at a high level that it can be done
When he was a kid he wasn't strong enough to shoot on 10 foot baskets ? That is literally all of us but most people adapt a grown man shooting form eventually 🤷🏽♂️
What people don't really think is his shooting form is one of the most efficient or the most efficient regarding the effort required to shoot the ball. Barely jumps, barely takes the ball to his chest...just a quick shooting form that requires very little effort. Can play long games through all his career and the form won't be altered for being tired.
bro made it sound like he discovered something unique about his shooting. basically, the two things he found out is he is good and he’s an NBA player 😂
🤔It amazes me how the NBA now allows these free-styles of play.. I grew up as a left hander, who shot with two hands.. 12yrs Old I could shoot from one goal to the next. Nearly UNSTOPPABLE. But my form wasn't good enough to play in highschool. Nowadays, everything goes..🤷🏾♂️
If you perfect YOUR form, there’s no need for wholesale change, just improvement. Haliburton is an example of that. Lonzo would be an example of someone who’s form wasn’t working and was changed, leading to him being the best spot up shooter in the league before injuries.
i realised i have the same jumper as him W fr he just perfected it ima keep lookin at his jumper and stuff to see how he does it gonna make me better quicker
"Growing up as a kid and wasn't strong enough to shoot the basket...", but how i see it now is he's strong. His shooting form needs to have a strong arm because he mostly gets the force from his forearm instead of his shoulder like most players do. The way he flicks the ball needs a lot of strength in the forearm. Y'all try shoot like he does and come back to me if you find it easy
Shawn Marion one of my favorites players and he balled out! Straight bucket and high flyer dunker. Great defense too in his prime as a Phoenix Sun and a NBA Champ. Kevin Martin for was worse and he was a bucket too.
I only liked your comment because you were right about Klay and Paul George, but i disagree on Tatum. Tatum doesn't have a smooth jump shot. He is stiff. I know he modeled his game from PG but I don't find him smooth tho he's just too stiff
every nba player “barely misses” jumpers in warmups. that’s why they’re in the nba.
He's one of the most efficiently shooters in the league on high volume
@@ImJordanFryeah
@@ImJordanFr first of all, efficient*. second of all, so? i’m not saying he’s bad i’m just saying you can’t base his jumpshot off of his warmups
That's his point, his shot works just like every other NBA player regardless of how it looks
Why did you use quotations for “barely misses”?
He doesn’t say that that in the video.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
If u gay u gay
Exactly
Fax
Truly, I don't see anything wrong with his form⁉️💯🏀🇺🇲
Lonzo ball
Steve Kerr said not to change it.
Goat coach 💙💛
not this season lol
@@Messizosiino Mark Jackson is?!
@@yazidnabli3919goat coach hates kum :(
Kerr was a shooter in his days so he kno
When you got a funky form you appreciate NBA players with funky forms. It hits different lol love shooting
The true definition of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”
Bro speaks in Chat GPT🤖
What😂
Facts 😂😂😂😂
Yo this is so accurate 😂😂😂😂😂 but i know for a fact youre high arent you 😂😂😂😂 no one is just that clever
I just can’t believe the fact that he can make deep 3s with this jumpshot. Like I never see him dip the ball from his waist! Most shooters ,like Steph, deeps the ball to shoot from long distance but this man is something else. He’s special!
His shot form is ugly asf
He looks like he has downs or something
they have similar fast release too
A shot with no dip is even harder too so technically tyrese is making it tougher on himself to make these crazy deep 3’s and he’s still crazy efficient
To be faor, Luka doesn't dip either. He putd it over his head like Jokic 😂
watching this clip during his insane shooting slump is hilarious lol
Made it 2 the ECF so far.
Tyrese is him
Everyone is "him" to you gen z'rs
maxey
Tyrese jump shot is fire Ngl and very unique
Underrated jumper
No one is trying to block his shot in warmups
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
have you seen his jumpshot get blocked in a live game ??@@hamiltonantonio8029
He also shoots 40% on one of the highest volumes in the league and his shot is almost never blocked. What’s your point?
Was looking for this comment
@@atm2538 no. hes shot is above the forehead.... thats easier to block. he just doesnt force his shot
Its crazy to see someone else shoot like this. All my life I been bullied 🤣👏🏽
that fast release is gon' be deadly like Curry's
When you realize Tyrese Haliburton is who we thought Lonzo Ball would be
This the one 💯
cap Tyrese isnt a 6'5 lightskin with awkward form whose a great passer.
Injuries got to lonzo , easy on this take dude.
@@royernyc4995 even without the injuries i dont think he wouldve been as good. Hes a better defender though and couldve been maybe a 3rd or 4th scoring option and the main playmaker on a contender.
Yea Lonzo defense go crazy
I love u man keep up the good work
If the ball goes in, there’s nothing to “fix”, don’t let them Ben Simmons you
Simmons of Ben foaming out the mouth rn
Markelle fultz
The boy will shoot your eyes out keep it up Hali !!
he in a shooting slump at the moment of this message
This guy tyrese is amazing omg he is perfect for bbal he got it all man i wish lakers had him
It is not about the form of shooting
It is about how you able to shhoot the ball
Same thing😂
some 😂of yall hated on him
@@Pragmaticboy527 it's not about the form of shooting, it's actually about shooting form 😂😂😂
The speed and efficiency of movement makes up for the low release.
It’s because of how he barely has to set it up, he’s shooting as quickly as he can
WHAT?? Bro gets blocked shooting 3’s in 2k more than ANYone ive ever played with 😭😭
He's a beast already 💪💪
The funniest jumper fa sho
Look up Shawn Marion
mkg
Philip Rivers is his spirit animal
nah that’s facts this dude doesn’t miss in warmups
I’m someone who has a bit of a funky jump shot myself. I’ve never been fully comfortable with a “textbook form.” Although, I understand why coaches emphasize it. At least he got to the league with his and is showing at a high level that it can be done
If it goes in, then it doesn’t matter what his form looks like
Watching an NBA player warm up, they're not supposed to be missing
As long as it goes in = money
When he was a kid he wasn't strong enough to shoot on 10 foot baskets ? That is literally all of us but most people adapt a grown man shooting form eventually 🤷🏽♂️
love this jumper❤
He has a nice looking Jumper, it reminds me of how I shoot myself, good form, nothing wrong with it
I miss those in season tournament courts
What people don't really think is his shooting form is one of the most efficient or the most efficient regarding the effort required to shoot the ball. Barely jumps, barely takes the ball to his chest...just a quick shooting form that requires very little effort. I might be tripping but his jumpshot looks pretty to me prolly because he’s lacing it 💯
This is “jacking up” tier 1
Good loop😂❤
Will be MVP in next 3 years
That shot should actually be easy to block ngl
Elbow at the rim and u good ..that's why it ain't gota change!
Notice how he momentarily rotates the ball after he catches it…I’ve never noticed that before until now. I thought that was pretty interesting
If only we had drafted him…
As a pacers fan I'm just happy we have something to look forward to until he leaves us in 3 to 4 years
His shot looks great to me
That boy is slumping now
right now, klay must change his shooting form😂
This explains nothing. All i learned is he was on his pre game workout
bro made it sound like he discovered something unique about his shooting. basically, the two things he found out is he is good and he’s an NBA player 😂
yea the only thing wrong with his jump is its visual appearance, hes actually getting the ball up faster this way
He puts it in a pocket like steph
“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” was a person
He got motion! 😂
He got a quick release so he can get away with it, plus he plays pg, and he'll most likely have the height advantage
He is an absolute sniper and shouldn’t change his form but saying he has the best form in the league is a ridiculous statement
Next superstar
That thang quick
His release is quick make it hard to defend
🤔It amazes me how the NBA now allows these free-styles of play.. I grew up as a left hander, who shot with two hands.. 12yrs Old I could shoot from one goal to the next. Nearly UNSTOPPABLE. But my form wasn't good enough to play in highschool. Nowadays, everything goes..🤷🏾♂️
His jump shot is straight. If u pay attention he just delays his footwork
This shooting form looks good...
If you perfect YOUR form, there’s no need for wholesale change, just improvement. Haliburton is an example of that. Lonzo would be an example of someone who’s form wasn’t working and was changed, leading to him being the best spot up shooter in the league before injuries.
the fact that he’s 6 is crazy
Shooting form doesn't really matter unless your release is low...
That's why it's best for younger kids to shoot in lower hoops so they can better their form.
there's no such thing as a ugly shooting form as long as you can hit shots after shots 💯🏀
i realised i have the same jumper as him W fr he just perfected it ima keep lookin at his jumper and stuff to see how he does it gonna make me better quicker
South beach Kobe’s tuff
You can find videos of even ben simmons barely missing while warming up
I hate how the NBA coaches tries to change something that isn’t broken like damn 😂
It’s hella quick
Shoot how you shoot best if it works it works
That’s how I shoot
thats how i shoot
They let shawn marion do his thing. Leave em alone 😂
Let him shoot like he wants
He reminds me of Shawn Marion's shooting form
I think he has a good form no matter what they say abt it
Its da flick of da wrist
When I see him shoot I think of Shawn Marion!!

Thank god Omar the jumpshot wizard was there.
That's how I shoot 😂
Klay Thompson is still in the nba
You can tell he’s jump shot was made in ROUNDONE🤣
😂😂😂 it works but hell nah dat klay bro
Shawn Marion one of my favorites players and he balled out! Straight bucket and high flyer dunker. Great defense too in his prime as a Phoenix Sun and a NBA Champ. Kevin Martin for was worse and he was a bucket too.
His shot is great, no need to “fix” it but these guys guarding him are really not even trying
Klay and Paul George and Tatum have the best looking jump shots
The way Tatum tucks in his elbow looks painful
Yea the fact dude brought up Tatum is crazy ; that shit hurt my shoulders when I see him shoot
I only liked your comment because you were right about Klay and Paul George, but i disagree on Tatum. Tatum doesn't have a smooth jump shot. He is stiff. I know he modeled his game from PG but I don't find him smooth tho he's just too stiff
Booker #1
Curry?
It's easier to block cus he holds the ball more down than a normal shooting form
Jumper on quick
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it🕺🏾
He puts it in a pocket for a perfect measurable release, people jus don't see it
at least he can make his shot. so it doesn’t matter his shot form
He’s a Point Guard
Kevin Martin had the weirdest shooting form but had a TORCH!🔥🔥🔥
So I'm like Tyrese haliburton
it doesnt matter as long it gets in
