Most this had been fixed in 2 firmware updates. Screen and emulator settings are good to go now
I will try again, but as I said in the video and showed, everytime I try to download the update the website times out for some reason.
@@Madlittlepixel Right click on "download" button, then "element revision" or something like that so you see the source code of website, find the part where download link is written, double click it so you can copy the link and paste it in URL. Only way it worked for me and it's faster

I think the RG35xx SP is going to hit the sweet spot.
It's such a shame Miyoo couldn't maintain their standards from the mini and plus. Just goes to show that these reviews are important as you can't really trust any brand.

Too bad. It looks fantastic. Imagine Onion OS and the ability to play dreamcast and n64 perfectly, that would rock. But I guess we can't always have nice things
Apparently there is a filter on the default SNES core that tanks the performance. Remove the filter and the performance should be fine.
they need to make something this size with a PS style d-pad below the analogue and better colour options that can run fightcade.

good to have an honest review. Don't understand how people like these small small...small devices but at least we have so many choices.
I wonder how many millions of sales miyoo missed out on by not fixing the brightness bug before review units went out. It's fixed now, and this is an awesome device - but few people know because all the reviews have it with the bug.

Looking at the 2 the d-pad and buttons look awesome compared to the ambernic but then the ambernic looks more comfortable to hold... That being said, they both look too small for me.

bubblegum...you're hoping I hope...I trod on a nail recently and I was hopping for a moment...the DataFrog SF2000 is better than either this Miyoo or the similar Anbernic mini handheld shown at half the price or less..I paid £23 pounds about 28 dollars for mine a year ago..slightly more than average from the official store and in Translucent black..the shell quality is rather poor by comparison that's all..they saved dollars on the recycled plastic
If i can get my hands on one easy i will, but i say they should of just made it a 3.5, i would like stereo sound but eh, ill just play pinball games on it or something idk

I see a lot of reviews on Miyoo devices and wonder if they make handhelds for baby hands because they are all really small. A lot of them are either the size of the Gameboy Micro or smaller. For me personally that is a pass for me. I need a little larger device a lot larger so my hands won't cramp up.
I think my fingers would lock up trying to play on something that small.
nit...I tend to agree...then I contradicted myself by my eBay handheld purchase of a used Pocketgo last year..if you lot think this is small..try 2.4 inches instead..I don't play it much..unsurprisingly....tiny screens may have been standard decades ago..but that's all we had back then..they're a novelty device nowadays..don't strain eyes for long no more

Anbernic RG35xxSP is much more interesting and capable
Yea this video needs an update. The A30 takes a dump on the RG28
Spruce really makes a massive difference. But again, forget most N64, DC and PSP titles. I am really enjoying my A30
The left analog stick on my Anbernic RG353P did the same thing a couple different times! The only way I could fix it was to remap the controls. It worked for a while, then did it once more so I remapped the controls again which took care of it once again lol. It hasn't done it anymore since then but who knows if/when it will. I'd also like to note that I do have ARKos installed on it too and there were a couple of updates during those times that the stick messed up so I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. Kind of odd that it happened on yours (Miyoo) and mine (Anbernic), both being from two different companies. Oh well, the world we live in is a strange place lol.👍

@suhtangwong bigger is better so I would disagree. So many better ways to play emulated games on a larger handheld at a good price with better performance

In my review video I also showed how it had the jumping on the analog stick. I never did figure out what was the cause of this either but again I agree this is not worth buying at this point the rg28 XX as much better
