Sir nice video, but I think HO ack will be from target enb to mme----- not mme to source enb as mme has sent ho request to target enb so it will ack that request

As no X2 is there between teNB & seNB. MME is there for sharing HO related messages between two base stations. seNB initiated HO by sending HO REQUIRED to MME & MME forward this request to teNB in message HO REQUEST. So teNB will acknowledge HO REQUEST message (by sending HO REQUEST ACK to MME) and MME will acknowledge HO REQUIRED message (by sending HO REQUIRED ACK to seNB). I hope it clears the doubt.

In the HO req. Ack message from TEnB, will it also not the RACH preamble as well for UE to send RACH request?
