Hi, Can you explain why Integrity protection is used in Control plane not in User Plane wrt Pdcp ???

IP header is 20 byte
It seems that the video producer thinks that because of GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) we have 40 bytes for header, but as you said it is 20 because eNB removes GTP header when it wants to transfer the packet over the air.
