Also this is a good interpretation of what it takes to be a leader. I remember a quote i read on a wall in my childhood being something to the effect of A good leader knows when to take a stand and to talk, but a great leader knows when to sit down and listen. And arguably thats what you display in this video. Of all of them, Yamaji was the only one (in his old age haha) to overcome his own arrogance and other character flaws. Ultimately it was his own undoing. It got him killed. However, disregarding the fact that in the end his faction came out on top and through no uncertain terms its because to some degree how effective he was as a leader even post his death just shows he was the best.
I appreciate it 🙏🏽. Ya I feel like each one of these Leaders had these skills that another 1 lacked but based on some of my favorite leaders and generals of all time, I was always more impressed by the victories thatcome after defeats. Ywach and Yamamoto (probably due to age) just had the more impressive list of victories and overcoming losses.
While I mostly agree, your argument that Ginjo was going to fail is kind of iffy. Remember that depending on how we interpret the statement regarding Fullbring Ichigo and how he fared against Yhwach while being exhausted at the same time, you can make a case for Ginjo giving Yamamoto a great fight. If we take the novels into consideration, he could have pulled off a victory while empowered by his emotions, essentially fighting the leader of the organization that ruined his life. Nevertheless, great video. Plus Ginjo can get stronger after each fight by robbing his enemies of their power.
I would say based on those CFYOW statements that Ginjo couldn't have been able to do it still as an empowered Tokinada really couldn't replicate Yamamotos level of heat with Enrakyoten and that "rivaled Getsuga statement" was from Bankai Ginjo iirc. So a Bankai Yamamoto should still be comfortably over that as he was dog walking Royd who was around 70-80% Yhwachs power
2:07 Nah, Yama definitely wouldn’t have been able to stop Ginjo after Ginjo got Ichigo’s powers FB Bankai Ichigo and that tier of power is a step above Yama based on the manga/anime and levels above his tier with CFYOW scaling
If you read the novels, it makes clear that Yhwach was more or less pushed to take the power of Gerard. In the case of Haschwalth, it was a punishment from Yhwach for Haschwalth forgetting his role as "the impartial Balancer" and letting his emotions take sway over him.
Actually Yhwach took the powers of Haschwalth and Gerard because he said they were no longer needed(ch.680 pg.18). Yhwach had already beaten Ichigo before he took Gerard's schrift back, so he wasn't pushed at all to do it.
Successor or “for the time we knew the groups” who wouldve been a more apt leader to the groups or who would’ve been the best leader to achieve the goals or the original leader. Like if yhwach had died 1k yrs ago who wouldve been the best quincy to have taken his place and achieve total annihilation of the SS and reformation of the bleach world? Assuming they had the power

Also what an interesting point. Ginjo stealing powers....I like it
Great video 👍
Ayo, I appreciate it. 🙏🏽
Yama’s death still sad to this day 🥲
Yhwach had my infinite ire after that

Tbh I support Kugo being at the bottom. You did a good job at breaking down what makes a successful leader.
Manny, brother, thank you! I do think as far as on the fly tactics Ginjo is very skilled but just you need more
As much as I want to say Aizen solos, I must give it to you that I MAY HAVE not been the best leader the these failur- I mean arrancars.
Using his infinitely broken abilities, Aizen accomplished some stuff

I did, don't remember any of those statements
