And some complain about the prequels' lack of practical effects and physical models, c'mon guys look at that thing, 20 feet long plastic monster

When I first saw the trade federation capital ship I immediately recognized it was an ancestor of the star destroyer and it is perhaps the most beautiful.

in fact the ancestor was the venator class star destroyer, however the engines do seem similar.

The best Space Ship in many Sci-Fi franchises I've seen. It's quite simply my favorite Ship. I love everything about it.

Kinda makes it feel like the death star was based of this in the canon.

Honestly, The Saucer version of the Trade Federation Battleship actually would've fixed the flaw in their design with Anakin flew into the hangar bay and blow up the ship from the inside because the Ship itself was a ring, if they had went with the Saucer version, they would have kept the Central Computer controlled Battle Droids because enemy fighters would have to go under the ship to get to the hangar which would be a lot harder without getting shot and destroyed than the ring version, that way combined with the Battleship impenetrable deflector shields would've kept the Central Computer and the Droids that were controlled by it.

say what you want about phantom menace but it is my favorite prequel cause it's easier to look at, more practical effects, real locations, models

Leisten Entertainment RLM ain't wrong because they have a more critical eye. 80 percent of phantom menace was real sets. episode 2 and 3 were way more over saturated with cgi. why not go to a real desert for geonosis? would it have killed them to have people actually wearing clone armor? even if they did have as much practical effects as you claim. that does not excuse the poor script

@@Bakamatsu-GojiFanArchive This is a late reply but to the people in Clone Trooper Armor would be tricky. What I mean is that you would have to find people that have the exact physique as Temuera Morrison to work. For example, is the Stormtroopers that can be seen in A New Hope just after Darth Vader says " I sense a presence a presence I haven't felt since..." and you can see the different sized Stormtroopers.
Also the Armor would also have to be exactly the same and not have any kinks to the molds like of again the Stormtroopers from the Original Trilogy.
For example, in A New Hope you have Stormtrooper frowns that are short pushed in a bit and frowns that are stretched out. As well as the brow section of the helmet pointing up or down.
In Empire Strikes Back I think also has the same problem from A New Hope with the brow and frowns.
In Return of The Jedi introduces the slightly shorter but thicker frowns than from the previous two films.
So yeah that would be the trick if you were to use actual people in Clone Trooper Armor.

@@Bakamatsu-GojiFanArchive They don't have a critical eye. They just nitpick nonsense and miss details just because they want to hate something.

Ep1 is also shot on analog film stock. Ep2 and ep3 were shot on early (only full hd resolution and not really sophisticated sensors by todays standards) Sony digital cameras, hence the cgi look to everything
