I took a 600i out on a mission to evict occupants of a derelict where an NPC Cutlass always shows up to attack your ship on the ground. I had the 600i parked with the power up and the Cutlass was unable to knock down the 600i shields with it's laser repeaters. I just watched from the ground for a few minutes and then entered the 600i and shot the Cutlass down.
600i is my favourite Origin ship, I currently have the TOUR edition with the Exploration upgrade on standby depending on the new interior design how I see myself using the 600i in the future. Great video I love to see different styles of ship tours and reviews on YT. Time to watch more videos of yours!
Absolutely love the views in that 600i.. Wish the 400i had the same 😅 I’m sure a lot of people are looking forward to the rework. That’s a nice pool table you got there 😂 That bridge also looks amazing.
Rode in a friend's 600i Explorer the other day. Tried sitting in the copilot seats. Absolutely no way to power up the workstations and use the turrets. Ship really needs work.
I'm a big fan of this ship's potential, and currently daily drive it. But it has possibly the worst interior in the game. Also those vertical "server" things are actually where the cargo is stored.
Great ship and review! Right now, the 600i is in a very bad spot given that it's from an earlier time in SC's development (just like the 890J), so a lot of flaws and missing features and design faux pas that begs the question of "what were they thinking???" Still, she's capable of carrying three size 5 guns which is some serious punch, and she's heavily defended with TWO Size 3 shields (over 200k in shields!). Unfortunately, she's seriously vulnerable to the current light fighter meta which is unfortunate if you run into an unexpected PvP encounter with a bunch of pirate nerds. Here's hoping the rework and upcoming exploration gameplay does her wonders.
This thing isn't a fighter but it is a brawler. Those 3 Size 5 laser cannons slap hard. And it had some stock beast shields. I use mine for all bounty missions.
Im one of those "Origin Folk", and I can forgive most of anything since the rework will fix it all... but I will say this is in fact one of the most popular high-end combat ships, given the high DPS of the three size 5 laser cannons, with the two size 3 shields for defense. Great for fighting VHRT and ERT targets.
i beg to differ she may not have been designed for combat but its still a fucking MONSTER in combat, i use my 600i as a gunboat and she can EASILY handle multiple hammerheads without much issue especially if you replace the stock guns with ad5b gatlings, this thing just shreads any ship that you put in front of it
@@JwallzMTB It's a significant redesign of the inside of the ship. All we know at present is that it's in the white box stage, and some small amount of concept artwork for the remake has been released.
If you buy this ship with all these flaws , and they end up updating it , will that carry over to the ship you own ? , or just to ships from that point on ?
I’m not sure I understand the question. If you are asking if and when they release the update if you own the current model will you get the updated version? If so, yes you will.
i really don't like the pilot seat of 600i all of the pilot seats must have better angle to see but in 600i u mostly see inside of the 600i its too bad :/
Have both the ships yet its a dumpster, no windows to look out of, no scenic viewing, might as well be riding in a Corsair, which is like riding in a trashcan. 600i is getting a refit, yet from the news going around, that's a long way off. Luv the 600i for combat and solo play, yet its interior is like a hairdresser salon, a bit g*y.

This ship is so cool, very sci-fi looking, the purple paint reminds me of a covenant ship.

For different camera controls, hold F4 and use the + and - keys on the numpad. You can also do the same with the arrow keys 😊
Used to be a carrack guy till I melted it for 600i no looking back. Cool to have this review to look back on after the rework also.

Just my op. There are many smaller and more capable ships focused on exploration. However, the 600 makes a great tourer.

i wanna redesign it to replace the pool area with a pool and one of the side component as a spa+sauna
In crew quarters, they just need to extend the walls and small rooms are there.
I want to add this ship to my retinue because it looks awesome but I cannot see a use for it without exploration being in game.
