This is perfect. Keygen church always reminded me of Drawcia’s first phase theme, and I’ve always wanted to remix Keygen with the Canvas Curse soundfont. And you’ve done a perfect mix Canvas Curse and Ultrakill music better than I could.
this level has to be one of the most unique ones i’ve ever seen. the concept of taking something familiar and twisting it has always been cool, but taking something that’s always somewhat unfamiliar like the cybergrind and making it ENTIRELY new is absolutely genius. the song perfectly encapsulates that kind of energy; you never quite know what’s gonna happen next, and it gives the sense you gotta stay on guard always
to add to that energy, the opening of the level with the cyber grind arena splitting in half was done specifically to give a sense to the player that "all bets were off" and that they had to stay on guard. great comment, thanks!
when i first opened the level i initially thought that this is basically the cybergrind but harder. MAN was i wrong. song goes hard, the custom enemy kept me on my toes and the end? feels like 7-4 all over again i know like this is a rude jam, but will this turn into a whole campaign by itself? i love the aesthetics and the concept of a fucked-up version of the cybergrind. but yeah, AWESOME STUFF ‼‼

Me when I first heard S_O_S: "Man, this song is cool! But why does it sound familiar?" *Checks comments* "Oh" (Memes aside, great job on making this song more chaotic then I ever thought it would be. Love how the sounds used for the main melody/synth hits [or whatever they're called] make it sound like the database for the level ITSELF has been hacked and is rapidly deteriorating. And the use of breakcore is PERFECT. Being used as part of the main backing track through most of the song to give that feeling of "OH FUCK, I GOTTA MOVE!". Only calming down a bit during the part where the main synth is going really fast in order to maintain the feeling I described earlier, and then pausing for a moment of tension before returning to normal. TL;DR: GOD TIER SONG.)
I didn't die at all on my first attempt but HOLY SHIT THAT WAS A LEVEL. Spoilers if you haven't played it yet (GO PLAY IT NOW) When I went to fight the grand shapeshifter I was fully not mentally prepared to fight Sisyphus again and I nearly got jumpscared by him. The final escape section (although it was short) got me really freaking out bc I fell and it was really down to the wire. 10/10 level, would P-RANK again. Music really made it come together.
Just played the level, and oh my god is it good, I struggled quite a bit too, even though I play on lenient. I absolutely love everything from the level design to the enemies, it makes for a super fun level!
