I've known John for almost 15 years. One of the better men I've had the honor of knowing. Very glad you guys have given him your platform to tell his side.
@trumpy9223 so you're mad the law fou d guilty parties. But your feeli gs say punish more people because your personal interests aren't satisfied. All while hiding behind a troll account... keep it pushing my guy
Respect for a liar? Every cop in that city knows they didn't announce themselves or they would have walked off the job when the boyfriends charges were dropped and he got his 2 million dollar settlement
Something this PODCAST brings up, so I ask the question. What is your feelings on call outs as the new standard of warrant service operations on the SWAT side? Is it a political response to the APE, or an actual safer more effective method of doing business. I have seen the FEDS do it. It is still outside my comfort zone. I have a fear it obviously allows for evidence destructions, but more importantly it allows the suspect to think about how he wants to come out.
The warrant was illegally obtained they had no evidence breonna was involved in crime so they fabricated evidence 4 of the cops will be going to prison over it
He also says over and over "the George Floyd thing" so for him it wasn't murder. Fkn bs that this cop is actually suing the victim for "emotional distress"
It is unconstitutional to lie to a judge to obtain a warrant and to kick in someone's door without announcing yourself as police that's why 4 of the cops are going to prison
Absolute bs. Cops initially filed a report that said Taylor suffered no injuries, cops produced one witness in the whole complex that said he heard "this is the cops" from inside his apartment while every other other neighbor (two of them were outside) heard nothing, police never demonstrated that the single bullet fired by the victim was the one that hit the cop, that single shot was answered with 32 shots by 3 cops, police said there was no body cam but one of them is on a picture right after the incident wearing a body cam, cops offered a deal to the guy "you are clean if you testify she was part of the drug deal thing". He can bad mouth all he wants the victim but the fact is you went into a private residence unannounced and killed somebody And this officer is all laughs, mentions he did it for the "easy overtime" and the worst detail, this cop personally sued the victim for battery and emotional distress Only charges were endangering the neighbors WTF
Facts and documentation don't care about your feelings or misinformation propaganda, when you need help call a crackhead. She was not an innocent victim and was responsible for bailing out a drug dealer and having him live there.
@meagantx6107 it is unwise to call someone who died in a place of their own living a "nonvictim," especially when they are citizens of a nationstate, and it is even more unwise, and revolting, to do so before a person has their day and say in court policing can be better, and the conditions that cause the illegality of chemicals can be changed legalizing drugs and putting them away from the purview of law enforcement is a great place to start, and putting them in the purview of healthcare, people take drugs to feel better, is even better in this case, the situation is about what we value; we should not value the loss of life where we are living especially before we have our dispassionate day in court
So police are the only ones to be held accountable and are supposed to do better? And I said she was not an innocent "victim" meaning she was still a victim of herself choosing to allow a drug dealer in her life and to use her address to commit crimes. Should people not be expected to hold themselves accountable for any of the choices they make?
Also, you want to see real innocent victims look up any court hearing of children being killed and abused by their parents due to so-called addiction to chemicals as you say. Should no one interfere and protect children and people's rights and safety?
