    nice dedication and teaching. It is very hard to make videos when there are a lot disturbing things near you.

    You Sir are very good in explaining the different modes, plus you speak very clear. I thank you. Keep up the good work.

    If in both the cases for cut off and saturation both ar RB then what's the difference between them?

    Please explain why in bjt symbol emitter and collector terminal are inclined while in fet drain and source are at right angle

    I think you drew the direction of the electric field between Base and Emitter in the wrong direction while explaining active mode. Electrons flow from the emitter to the base. On the emitter-side they leave behind positive ions and the holes coming from the base-side leave behind negative ions. The direction of the electric field which then forms must go from the emitter-side (positive ions) to the base-side (negative ions)

    This video was a much clearer explanation of how the different operating modes on BJT work than my engineering professor at college gave in our class. Thank you for posting.

    Why is the Ic current maximum in the saturation region? It seems like with the directions of the E fields at the two junctions there wouldn't be much of a transfer of electrons to the collector but why is the current maximum?

      i too have this question; i wiil try to explain what i understood;first of all your though(my thought also) of transfer of electrons should be less while the collector region is not reverse biased i.e Vce is zero: calculate Isat = Vcc/Rl now arrange beta, Rb, Ib ,Vbb such that Ic() now generated should be more than Isat; then the transistor is said to be in saturation region; the condition is Ie = Ic ( beta times Ib) we generate at the base emitter junction should be more than Isat = Vcc/Rl; then only the transistor is said to be in saturation region; with due respect to every one and permit me to post that u please visit( i am not the publisher) the link th-cam.com/video/ILCnR83Gs_U/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=ALLABOUTELECTRONICS
      where u will be clarified; regards

      You are right but electron will fill this vacany and creates holes on there previous position this is called holes moving

      Brother....you need to watch it carefully again. Actually the images you see here are related to the previous cases. For example- on a page there is an image of active region circuit and below on the this page is the explanation of cut off region. This is because of the step wise explanation. So please don't mix the image of one topic with explanation of other. Please watch it again carefully to understand what I mean to say... sorry for the inconvenience dear

    We know , current is flow of electrons then why the direction of current is shown opposite to flow of electrons.

    • @EngineeringMadeEasy
      @EngineeringMadeEasy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Current is assumed to be the direction of flow of positive charge...☺😊
