부드럽고 가볍게 상큼하고 달콤하게 즐기는 레몬케이크를 너무나 좋아한답니다.
자연스러운 아이싱으로 누구든 편하게 만들 수 있는 디자인이예요
작은 스패츌러가 없다면 디너용나이프나 과도를 사용해도 좋아요

I did this cake recently and it was so delicious!. The lemon curd wasn't super sweet and the sponge was moist and soft. Amazing cake.

오늘 아빠생신이라 만들어봤는데 너무 맛있었어요. 레몬 말고 제철 유기농 풋귤로 대체했는데 상콤하고 달짝찌근하면서 입에서 사르르 녹는게 너무 맛있었어요. 특히 풋귤 커스타드 크림이 진짜 파는 맛이 나서 신기했어요. 가족들 다 너무 맛있게 잘먹어서 기분 좋았어요. 베이킹 초보라 한 번의 실패 이후 다시 도전해서 성공하느라 5시간만에 만들어 먹었다는...ㅎㅎ 덕분에 생일케익이 특별했어요. 레시피 공유해주셔서 고맙습니다~~!!
