However, if you have like 32k+ HP, 65+ to 180+ Crit ratio, after E conversion your Atk is around 2800+, you can go ham on the EM.

don’t build atk on your hu tao it will all come from her hp, besides that yes you can use blackcliff however lithic spear and dragons bane would be better especially at R5

It is, due to super high Crit Rate. The passive is additive only, and doesn't rlly benefit her (unless you use EM sand which buff its passive much better)
Here's the thing. To fully utilise SoSS you need to use 4pc Gilded Dreams with em sands. Keep your em between 200-300. In first rotation, your dmg won't be higher compared to other spears. But in second rotation it can reach near Homa. It's only 5-10% difference, that's why it's called her 2nd BiS.

Strictly dmg speaking, EM is 9 time out of 10 is better than HP. HP just drop more often that's why most people go with that option more. The only case of HP being better is using Dragon's Bane because the weapon have a lot of EM so using HP is better.

TLDR: around 200-300 EM is great. Anything above this the cost benefit starts to go down. So if you use EM sands use a HP weapon and vice versa

I had PJWS R1 on my hutao but now I can stand proud with my Staff of Homa ,and GOD is it an improvement .
so dragon's bane > pjws? because with pwjs you have to build the stacks for max dmg but it can get a bit in the way of the rotation sometimes?

Try to get 70:200+ with 1k atk and 35-40k hp for ideal damage. Also blackcliff is ok, there are better 4 star weapons but it’s good for crit
