This must be my favourite What's In My Bag ever. Sometimes the guests can be a little standoffish, or just don't have much to say, but Tim is both interesting and open. Awesome!

I am pretty sure amoeba gives the stuff free to any person or band who agrees to do a "What's In My Bag?" video session. Surely they put a limit on it, but yeah...there ya go. Now, I'm not sure they do the same for the rich and super famous (Ben Stiller? Dave Grohl?) but who knows? Maybe they do, in hopes the rich and famous come back and spend their own money!
no, I'm pretty sure they don't even give an 'allowance' to the smaller artists, because a lot of the time, they say 'God, this one was expensive', or 'I'm much poorer now' or 'Now I've got to choose which ones to buy'. And also, the artists would then maybe choose the rarer records, and amoeba wouldn't profit from then. Anyway, point is, the artists buy their own stuff with their own money. I'm positive of it.
Krishtie Mofazzal- You say that, but there are other videos (I'm not gonna remember which ones offhand) where it is made clear that the store is providing the stuff totally gratis. Especially since many of the artists featured have done an in-store of some sort. A performance or reading or meet-and-greet, etc. Of course the solution could be found quite easily...if only Amoeba would chime in and give us the skinny!
