Bombardment relentless in Gaza during Israel’s court remarks

- Al Jazeera’s correspondent Tareq Abu Azzoum, reporting from Deir el Balah, says what Israel was saying in court run counter to what residents in Gaza were experiencing on the ground.
Abu Azzoum says UN officials confirmed no aid has been coming in through the Rafah and Karem Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossings.
“That reflects how much Israel is working to erase truth and change the facts on the ground as it continues its relentless bombardment of Rafah and the Jabalia refugee camp,” he says.
Since midnight, the military has intensified its bombardment of Jabalia camp, in northern of Gaza. The entire camp has been under Israeli fire as battles continue in the heart of the city. Videos from the military wing of Hamas show violent confrontations in the streets.

Except most of those killed on Oct 7 were soldiers, armed police and Militia (and many of the civilians were killed by Israei forces), whereas the Gazans dying from being refused travel permits to access essential medical appointments (2,000 per year) because Israel blocks entry to medical equipment, parts and medications needed by Gazan hospitals, or from lack of medicines like Insulin, Cancer , Asthma, Heart meds etc, of malnutrition, or from contaminated water due to Israel's destruction of infrastructure and cutting of power to water treatment plants, or as a result of deliberate targetting of housing blocks, refugee camps, schools etc in rocket attacks usually killing hundreds in retaliation for one or two Israeli deaths in places outside Gaza, ie where Gazans can't go, or as a result of complications due to immobility because the thousands of amputees resulting from these attacks can't get prosthetic limbs, or materials to make them, and wheelchairs are equally hard to obtain through the 17 year blockade - these were almost all civilians, half of them children.
Oct 7th was terrible. It gave the Israelis a mere taste of life for the Palestinians under their oppression for decades, yet instead of realising that and feeling empathy for the victims of their evil regime, huge numbers of them have become like the worst of the West Bank and other hate-filled, brutal settlers and lost all humanity.

So the Palestinian.Preisdent refuses Israel's request to open the Rafah crossing. The Egyptians refuse Israel's request to allow aid through Rafah. Israel transports tons of aid through other crossing.
Your comment doesn't make sense. Israel controls the Rafah crossing and the Palestinian President would never refuse aid into Gaza. Israel is not transporting aid as it is ordered to by the ICJ 👍
