- BMW ミニ F56系の前期型に後期型のテールランプの取り付け方動画です。
ポン付けでは正常に点灯しない為、コーディングツールのPLUG CAN!を使用しています。
逆の手順で元に戻す事も可能です。
フリッカー現象で点灯確認のシーンが判りづらかったので後日撮り直しました。

バックランプはLEDでは無いんですね、ここまでやったら、統一したいですね
ご指摘の通り、バックランプは電球になります。

前期モデルだけどPLUGCAN必要なかった！そういうこともあるんですか🤔？
ご視聴頂きありがとう御座います。恐らくですが、取り付けされたテールランプは純正品ではなく「純正風の社外品」では無いでしょうか？その場合、前期型に取り付けされる事を前提としていますのでPLUGCANなどのコーディングツールを必要なく取り付けが可能です。
So you just put in the new headlights with all cables and so on and then you just plug the OBD thing in it and they work like they should?

こちらのテールを付けた際、車検は問題なく通りますか？
基本的に後期型と全く同じ点灯をするので保安基準上問題無いはずですが、本来前期型用のパーツではありませんので車検の合格を保証する物ではありません。

No. It only has tail ligth coding function.

前期テールのバルブをLEDに替えた場合でもブラッシング対策で使えませんか？
申し訳ありませんがPLUG CANはあくまでも後期テールを取り付けする為の商品ですので、その他の商品や仕様に流用できるか分かりません。

I just changed my pre LCI, LED taillights to the new ones. So it works. You need to code it.

would there be a way to get this to work when switching an f54 Clubman to LED lights?
According to their website, it only works with F55・F56・F57 which have LED head light. But i think it shouldn't have any difference between F54 Clubman.But as I mentioned in other comments, I don't know it works on your car. I'll DM to you if you still wanna try it.
