100K over maximum budget, but a really great contender for my son & his family living in Marietta, Georgia. He needs a home office like to the right of the front door. His little wife, 4'10", wants an open floor plan with eat-in dining by kitchen & ability to watch kids play. The owner/master ensuite shower is to dream.
What I really love about your videos. You display the backyard, decks, and or patios. Which are just as important as the inside of his home.

Odd I never contemplated having the master bedroom on the first floor, though when I think of it it seems like a great way to seperate space from kids and opens up the idea to have a bedroom patio

I live near these homes. I have always wondered what they look like on the inside. They are beautiful! I personally think they are quite overpriced for the area. Maybe if they dropped the active adult living they would have better luck. Either way, I hope they sell soon!

The master right off the kitchen isn’t my taste, but so much closet space! Kitchen doesn’t get as much light either. Great hardware and accents though!
YES! Since it's an active adult community having a bedroom on the main level is important for easy access☺️.

Yes all of that can be customized! Mainly all interior features.

The floor plans of all of the homes that you show are beautiful but they must be built by the same builders because in every home there are avocado green accents. Still great floorplans though. Nice job on the video.

No bathtub in the master bathroom? I love the decor; I'm going to look up the designer to hire him/her, but no tub is a huge disappointment--almost a deal breaker.
