My favourite scene is which she cuts the candle because she's so experienced at fighting in the dark so she's more and more stronger than the waif who really wanted to hurt and kill her. It was the coolest of Arya :)

Arya is a skilled fighter, but not the best . She is just as skilled as Brienne, Bron, the Hound , Jon, Oberyn Martel and Jaime(when he had 2 hands). She tied with Brienne .
The first girl to stand up for what she believes in no matter the circumstances, shes better than many men.

The fact that Ned didn't live to see how fearless and brave his little girl was still hurts me. Ned' death was apparently the saddest in the history of TV shows that I don't think I can get over it.

I don’t understand why you guys LOVE it when a female character rejects feminen stereotypes (I AM OK WİTH THAT TOO) and wanna becomes masculine (Arya, Brienne), BUT ALSO LOVE IT when a male character is a walking masculinaty stereotype (JON, ROB, every other fucking male caharcter). which comes to MASCULINITY>FEMININITY
Maybe because you associate masculinity with strength. This women have become strong and independent, they don’t need someone to protect them, they protect themselves and they fight, that’s not masculinity that’s powerful women :) and you can’t reject feminine stereotypes, stereotypes is what people think a woman should act like, but you can be the kind of woman you want to be.

And when a girl wants to become a lady or queen (like Sansa) she literally gets nothing but hate. BUT ALSO you support the idea of a male wanting to become a lord or a king and you love it. I wish they would’ve included that not just Bran, but all the Stark children had a warg bond with their wolves. Through that bond, Arya is inside of Nymeria when the she-wolf finds Catelyn Stark‘s body in a river. She drags her to the shore and tries to wake her, but fails. Arya has many wolf dreams at night, seeing herself leading a great pack of wolves, feeling her wolves hunger or frustration as her own. Nymeria‘s pack is often referenced throughout the book, notorious for being the most brutal, largest pack there has even been in all of Westeros. Whenever characters like Brienne orJaime cross Westeros, the wolves are a constant threat, slaying knight‘s horses and travelers. It’s such a nice detail, showing that the wolves, the Starks are restless and growing stronger and more brutal in the shadows. Nymeria’s development happens parallel to Arya‘s, they are equally strong willed, brutal and eager to survive at any cost.
that's why the books are better, i'd love to see a tv show the most loyal possible to the books, anyway, it wouldn't be possible until GRRM finishes the books, which i think, isn't going to be soon:(

Nothing broke my heart more than Arya being SO close to reuniting with her mother and Robb for it to be taken away so quickly right in front of her. Arya was the only Stark who didn't make (naive) mistakes, all the others did and it cost them a lot. She was smart and resilient, plus observant to grow, which made her a winner.
One of the best moments of Game of Thrones is when Arya obliterates House Frey singlehandedly

This character held her own. I was always looking forward to seeing her journey through out the show. She was the one who stayed true to her goal from the beginning to the end. Love the actor who played her. Super talented and beautiful.

Arya was my favourite character, I spent 8 seasons watching as she put herself through hell to become the fearsome assassin that she is, the one who killed meryn trant and walder frey, the one who nearly died saving the world by killing the night king. All of this lead her to her final name, cersei lannister, oh but that didn't happen did it? Instead she ran around kings landing trying to avoid dragon breath then sailed off into the sunset! Absolute bollocks
Ya cause it's amazing how the Hound convinced her to choose a different path- from pursuing in futility cersei's death that would also lead to her own death, or to just choose another better one instead

the wondrous way her character development is structured -- never knowing what is coming at her next, like with the Waif; but unable to carry out what she knows is immoral, like with the actress (AND knowing who ordered the 'hit').

I'll say it again Arya Stark is my favorite character along with Brienne and Daenerys Targaryen a.k.a Khalessi, Stormborn, Mother of Dragons, Breaker of Chains. This video was so well thought and it presents her greatest/powerful moments that made the character who she is now (a totally badass) , it's so incredibly on point . I just keep replaying it cause can't stop loving this so much ❤️💗

This is missing one key scene where everything really changed. The scene where that one guy takes her into the alley way and shakes her shoulders, calling her "boy" before cutting her hair.
In game of thrones, if you pay attention to the womens hair throughout the series, it tells a story. Arya's was less noticeable but it was because she flatly refused to change her hair style from the northern style. In the end, it ended up being cut away immediately after Neds death, foreshadowing she would never be able to really return to the girl she was in the north.
If you're curious,
Sansa's hair story is a little more complicated. She starts off with the northern style, changing to the southern style to impress the boy she has a crush on from the south (Jeoffery). Once she starts realizing the mistake she made, she has quite a few scenes where she's picking at her hair subtly after Neds death. Once she escapes, she completely changes the color of her hair to avoid being noticed, but she also does nothing with it really. She hides under a hood while she is with little finger (for the most part). She doesn't return to her northern hair styles either in the end, like Arya, to symbolize how they've changed into different people.
Just something I noticed after a couple watches of the show :)

I have loads of favorite characters. Jorah, Tormund, Dany, but Arya's story has always fascinated me the most. Although I wish the writers would have let her use her training more in the last few seasons and that Jon should have killed the NK instead, her character arc is, without a doubt, one of the best on the show.
As much as I loved the show. The books were better, as always. I loved Arya up until she arrived at Winterfell and she fell under the influences of Sansa, who I despised the entire show, among many others. The subtle, micro facial movements,or expressions by some of these actors are a testament to how good they really are. It wouldn't be too difficult to spin off a series with Arya and The Hound.
