    We borrowed this from a friend but didn’t have the manual. Thanks for showing the assembly! Just ground up some beef!

      Thanks for checking out my channel Hillary! While you have it, try making some kielbasa or sausage. It works great! (I have a video on that as well).

    Well it looks like we will be grinding it out together next deer season,because we just received a meat grinder like yours from our youngest daughter Faith for our 35th wedding anniversary ❤

    I find it’s 1000% easier to just go easy and drop the chucks in and not choke the machine like most do in their video. I’m interested in getting more life out of the motor. I’m ordering mine tonight from Amazon and can’t wait! Thank you for your video…

      @@mountainbuck I was telling the wife I like the foot pedal. My sons and I do alot of burger and summer sausage . I feel like Tim Taylor for saying this but I need " More Power" and speed. Of course it has to fit the budget.

    I was sacred to buy the stx grinder based on price. I have used the popular names that cost 2 to 3 times more. I have used the cheap grinders as well, silver skin was always a problem in cheap grinders. I pulled the trigger after some internal debate and talking to stx on the phone. I bought the megaforce 3000. Impressed to say the lease. First job was grinding 2 mule deer course grind, fine grind, then mix with some pork and ground again. Done in one evening.

      Hey Paul, thanks for the input and for checking out my channel! I agree, my STX powers through beautifully for me. Now I just need to land a nice buck and put it to use! Best of luck this season!

      ive really been trying to research grinders myself before upcoming deer season here in Ohio. going to start processing my own but dont want to break the bank but want something that will last? You think this model or the 3000 is really good bang for you buck so i dont have to go crazy with a LME or something like that?

    Than you for the review! So very helpful. I'm doing research before I purchase for making my 3 Corgis raw food. This one seems to be the best, as per the reviews, for also grinding soft bones like chicken wings. Your wife is a smart cookie! :)

      @mountainbuck  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Trent, thanks for checking out my channel! I don’t use it very often. Usually just for processing deer each hunting season. I also made some good deer brats with it a while back. Yes it’s still working and yes, I’m happy with the purchase. 👍🏻

      @mountainbuck  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey thanks for checking out my channel! I only use this to process deer, so I only get it out once or twice per year or so. Aside from its limited use, I still really like it and it’s still performing well👍🏻

    What's the horde power?

    • @mountainbuck
      @mountainbuck  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Victor! Thanks for checking out my channel. Here is the info on this from the manufacturer: Thank you for reaching out and asking about our STX International Turboforce II Electric Meat Grinder. This grinder runs (under no load) at 600 Watts and runs between 600 Watts and 1200 Watts (under load). The peak output power of this product is 3000 Watts and the mathematical equation for conversion of Watts into HP is 1HP = 746 Watts. 3000 Watts divided by 746 equals over a 4 HP "Rating", but please note that this grinder does NOT have a 4 HP motor in it. This is a "RATING ONLY" and is not to be confused with the motors that come in Commercial/Industrial Meat Grinders that have actual 1 HP to sometimes 1.5 HP motors in them. The actual HP of the motor in this grinder is just under 3/4 HP.
