Make Falooda milkshake with me

Acting like we are only starting Ramadan with this post 🤣🤣🤣 but here we are. I really really wanted to share it.

Quarter cup rose syrup
Half tsp cardamom powder, optional
2-3 cups vanilla ice cream
2 tblsp tukmuria/sabja seeds
60ml water
Handful cooked vermicelli
1-1.5 litres full cream milk
Castor sugar, to taste
125g tin of dessert cream (optional)
Scooped Ice cream, to serve
Soak your tukmuria seeds in the water and leave to hydrate.
Cook your vermicelli, just boil until soft.
Blend the rose syrup, ice cream, cardamom powder, sugar, dessert cream and milk.
Pour into your jug or glasses with a little extra rose syrup, a scoop of ice cream, the tukmuria seeds snd the vermicelli.
Enjoy!

Yayyy you are welcome. Yes they are different. Sabja seeds are basil seeds, different to chia seeds

Slms can you pls let me know which dessert cream you used and where to buy it so I don't use Nestlé. Gonna try it for eid. Wanted to make it for ages but somehow never got to it. Thanks for all the lekker recipes.

The ice cream is so thick and creamy , u probably don’t even need all the extra cream, but if u really want to add fresh cream/double cream/ or even some evaporated milk
