Malaki nanaman ang gastos nang taong bayan kukunin naman lahat ang budget nang para economic development ni hindi masogpo nang NPA.Marami naman graduate at board passer sa criminology schools,na magumpisa as Rookie,sila Lt.Agad kahit wala pang experience wala pang performance,sa U S,Scotlandyard sa England magumpisa sa rookie,pagraduate mo sa academy it wil take years of good performance, honesty, several arrested criminal bago ka maging Lt.or inspector.
sana itigil na etong mga ceremonial events na nagaaksaya ng pera ng bayan, after all these graduates/cadets upon commissioned & taken their oaths are supposed to be loyal to the constitution not to the President nor to their officers.
Should these graduates/cadets are lucky to reach the rank of general, chances are all the chain of command present who gave the awards maybe or are dead. Sana ibili na lang ang bigas at ipamigay sa mahihirap sa ginastos sa mga ganitong ceremoniales at iwas waldas ang pera ng bayan.
